A light, spacious apartment with a contemporary oceanic feel. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with sea views. Living space features a sofa which pulls out into a sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests, armchair, coffee table, TV, Bluetooth speaker and sliding doors leading from the living room to a spacious balcony. The south facing angle of this apartment means the sunlight will flood in through the windows. Dining space features a round table with four chairs. Kitchen features a breakfast bar with two stools, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
Sleeping: Comfortable and plush master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, bedside tables, built in wardrobe with full length mirror, chair and sliding doors to balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. Bathroom with walk in rainfall shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Lift access. WiFi.
Outside: South facing balcony with two sun loungers, round table and four chairs and views of Gyllyngvase beach and gardens below. Accessible from the living room and bedroom, and perfect for enjoying a homemade seafood dinner or a glass of wine in the evening sunlight. Private parking for one vehicle.
Need to know: One well behaved dog welcome (additional charges apply). No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises. Short breaks available outside of school holidays. Please note The Liner development has CCTV located in the main entrance, car park and ground floor communal areas. Please note that the next door apartment, 'Starboard', is also managed by Beach Retreats. Sleeping up to four (with a sofa bed), it's perfect if you're planning on bringing friends or family requiring their own space. Cautionary deposit of £200, due with full balance.

This is a modern well-furnished apartment with a superb balcony overlooking the beach with views to the Lizard peninsula. Very handy for the centre of Falmouth with its many attractions, we could not be more enthusiastic about recommending this for a stay.
