The house dates back to the Renaissance, and the atmosphere here is one of a kind. The hand-cut terracotta floors, wooden beams, and exposed stone walls provide the perfect backdrop for refined furnishings that fully enhance the home’s timeless and cherished spirit. The rooms are spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing after a long walk or a tour of the nearby villages. Read a good book in the courtyard with a glass of red wine in hand and recharge your batteries!

The property is located a 20-minute drive from Pienza and 35 minutes from Montalcino, nestled among the beautiful Crete Senesi. To get there, you’ll travel 6 kilometres along a dirt road through olive groves, wheat fields, and badlands. This route

cycling races “L’Eroica” and “Strade Bianche.” It’s not as convenient as
a paved road, but if you’re patient, you’ll be able to see and

Truly a fantastic stay. The grounds and surroundings are incredible. Bianca and her family were so welcoming and warm. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated. Definitely do the olive oil tasting.One of the best trips we’ve had.

A Magical Week in Tuscany

Our stay at Mascagni organic farm far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately, clean and well furnished. Bianca and her parents were wonderful. Her mother even brought us dinner one night. The apartment was ideally located for visiting some of the iconic villages of Tuscany, such as Pienza and Montepulciano. It was a magical week and we can’t wait to return.

Perfect Tuscan countryside retreat!

We were warmly welcomed. Bianca and her parents are warm, friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and spotless. The surroundings are picture perfect, exactly what you expect to see from Tuscany. The farmhouse is a bit distant from towns or activities on a white gravel road but we did not mind, since the area is stunningly beautiful. Bianca is passionate about her Organic olive farm and we learned so much from her tour. Her parents are lovely and make you feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tuscan Treasure!

Perfect experience in Tuscany. We were looking for a location in the country and this farmhouse, and Bianca's accommodations were just what we wanted. This location is remote (30 minute max from most towns) and creates a fully capable experience of appreciating all of the Tuscan landscape and beauty. The modern apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Just the place to start the day relaxed and end the day under the stars on the terrace. Ask for a tour of Bianca's olive oil farm, her process and philosophy - and buy a bottle to take home!
