Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2- 1/2bath Residential Home. Situated in The Parks, a private HOA. Guests can enjoy an afternoon at the pool, have a picnic at the park just across the street, bike to many trails or town, enjoy river fishing or watersports, and later barbecue off the main room.

Downstairs offers large dining room and family room with open floor plan. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal or a nice feast and is equipped with all utensils and cookware necessary to create your meal. The living room is comfortable and connected to the kitchen and dining room furnished with everything you need to relax, and with the open floor plan you can cook while entertaining.

The main/master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and attached beautiful master bath. There is a half bath located off of the fully stocked laundry room and a large 2 car garage to park your cars and store your bikes and outdoor equipment.

The upstairs includes an office, full bath, second bedroom with large closet and queen size bed. There is an open studio/loft which includes a queen size sofa couch and large TV set up for DVD's. Perfect for children/teens who want to be apart from the adults downstairs.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 with no crowding.

Super clean and comfy, in a good neighborhood.
Perfect for the 2 of us with plenty of room for guests. We had a private patio, nice bed and bedding, well stocked kitchen, a garage, and lots of space.

Great home in perfect location for outdoor access
My wife and I stayed here Feb 14-17, to spend time in the mountains and also in the town of Bend exploring the new restaurants, Winterfest, etc. This property is perfectly situated to access the road to Bachelor, but only 5 minutes drive from town. You will need a car to access anything other than the neighborhood and adjacent golf course. The property is fairly new, and is BETTER than the pictures show! Very comfortable, well and tastefully appointed, and laid out. Master on the main floor is nice on tired legs. Full garage for indoor parking in winter. Kitchen well stocked, although we didn't use. Upstairs bedroom/bath would be good for a second couple or if kids can share Queen bed. Quiet neighborhood. Check in was simple and hosts responsive. Only surprise was that there is a MIL apartment over the garage (far back of house), and we weren't aware until we heard noises from above in the master bath the first morning! No big deal; we never saw each other (separate entrances). But would be good to know up front. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful base camp for exploring Central Oregon!

Comfortable, clean and lovely
Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked with cooking equipment and linens. Pretty landscaping and a private fenced in yard with grill and furniture for dining outdoors. Use of two car garage and laundry room. Wi-fi, air conditioning and community swimming pool. The property manager was easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We are offering it as a VRBO until we can permanently move to Bend.

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal. We can easily walk or ride bikes to many of our favorite places. The Parks is a great HOA that takes care of the residents and the community.

What makes this property unique

Great family community, near all outside activities, bike to downtown. Community pool, park and BBQ.
