House for rent with private swimming pool in Begur, located in the residential area of Mas Mató, just 1.2 km from the beach of Sa Riera and 2 km from the village of Begur.



The house has an exterior design that makes it unique and special, in the shape of a tower with natural stone and has more than 780 m2 of plot completely fenced for your safety. From the street, we access to the property through some stairs that lead us to a large outdoor area with barbecue, dining table and where we are welcomed by a large private oval-shaped swimming pool, with solarium around it. You will fall in love with this area of the house as it is surrounded by forest and has a slight sea view.



The house has a surface area of 140 m2 which is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a large living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the covered outdoor terrace with views to the swimming pool. On the main floor there is also a guest toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub).



The house offers a wide range of comforts for a perfect holiday: free wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, television, etc.

Une tour près de la mer

La maison est idéalement située près de la mer que l on peut rejoindre à pieds grâce à un escalier. Sportif mais rapide. L endroit est magnifique. La maison est chouette la piscine sublime et peu de vis à vis. Une notice pratique pour des explications du fonctionnaire de la maison aurait été un plus : gaz, fusibles, codes wi fi etc… sinon tout est ok
