Amazing property, great location.

The property was absolutely fantastic. From the outside it doesn't look so big but once inside it was like a tardis. The living areas are great spaces to enjoy and bedrooms are superbly big and comfortable. It is really close to Braunton centre and on the road to Saunton Sands, which is an excellent beach. Woolacombe is only 10-15 mins away by car. A lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.

Braunton house

Everything was as described, very clean and well equipped. Close to Saunton Sands beach and Crode bay a little further. The house worked really well as a base for a family wedding over the weekend. We managed parking for 2 cars, 3 would have been difficult.

Very well appointed

The house is decorated to a very high standard throughout, it is comfortable and well appointed. It is well-equipped - the hosts have thought of everything. The fridge is a little on the small side for eight people. I expected that would not be a problem during the summer when there is not some much cooking or baking going on. The little games room was ok if you like darts and table tennis. Which the males did! Close to beautiful beaches but unfortunately we did not get to surf this year but a Boxing Day swim certainly refreshed us all! The female host seemed lovely but the main host was short from the very beginning of the booking, something we have never experienced before, in all our years of going away. We were we sorry that an adult in our party accidentally broke a light shade with a champagne cork. He went over in the morning to explain, the host lives opposite and offer a payment method, this was met with hostility - and some sarcasm. So there are lessons to be learned there. However, we would highly recommend the property for a family break.
