La Fleur de Savignac is a charming countryside retreat, offering a beautifully restored one-bedroom cottage on a picturesque 2.4-hectare domaine in Lot-et-Garonne, near the Dordogne border. Dating back to 1706, this 45 sq. metre (484 sq. ft.) cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with breathtaking views of rolling hills, forests, and the historic Château de Duras. For larger groups or added flexibility, a separate three-bedroom gîte is also available on the property.

✔ SWIMMING POOL - 10 x 5 metres, shared with the one-bedroom gite next door.

✔ OUTDOOR AMENITIES - BBQ, outdoor dining area, petanque court, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, hammock.

✔ BEAUTIFUL VIEWS - Enjoy the tranquil setting with bird songs and church bells.

✔ 1 BEDROOM - Double bed with mosquito net. Infant cot available.

✔ 1 LIVING ROOM - Fold-out couch that can sleep an adult or child.

✔ 1 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE - Gas cooktop, microwave/grill, fridge, Nespresso machine, and cafetière.

✔ BATHROOM - Bathtub, shower, toilet and hand basin.

✔ TV with French & English channels.

✔ Also present in the barn, shared with the neighbouring gite:
- iron and ironing board.
- washing machine and dryer in the next-door barn, plus an individual clothes drying rack.

Enjoy country markets, wineries, walking, kayaking, horse riding, and many other activities. Bordeaux Merignac airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes away, Bergerac airport is 40 minutes, and St Emilion is 40 minutes.
- Children are to be supervised at all times while on the property and are the responsibility of the adult guests.
- Only paying guests are permitted to use the facilities.
- No smoking inside the premises.
- No parties or large events permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: The French government requires us to collect the passport information of international visitors. You will be asked to supply this as part of the check-in procedure. The information is held securely and deleted after 6 months, according to GDPR requirements.
