Enjoy your vacation stay in our lovely renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit located in Sawgrass Country Club.
Ground floor features of the condo include spacious living and dining areas with sweeping lake and golf course views. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: king-sized bed in the upstairs master, ground floor 2nd "master" king bedroom, and ground floor bedroom 2 twin beds. Fully-furnished with smart and/or roku TVs, WI-FI outfitted, modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, wash/dryer and use of linens & towels. Garage includes several bicycles and beach chairs for your convenience as well.
We are a short walk or bike ride to the beach where you can enjoy the day relaxing or looking for seashells and shark teeth.
Sawgrass is a gated community located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL nearby to many local restaurants and shopping areas.
We are conveniently located close to the Jacksonville airport, St. Augustine, Amelia Island and the Mayo Clinic.

We live in the metro Atlanta area or Roswell, Georgia with our three children and soft-coated wheaten terrier. We love to come to Sawgrass any chance we have.
Why they chose this property
Our family has been coming to Sawgrass to vacation for two decades. We love enjoying this unique beach and golf community. We've rented in a few different condos and fell in love with the Little Bay Harbor community. It's large live oak lined streets and waterfront lanais are special features to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
Our unit sits over water and offers sweeping views of the lake and second hole of the South golf course.
