Oceanfront three bedroom and 2 bath cottage fully furnished and close to st Augustine on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. With deck and washer dryer. Prefer 5 to 7 day bookings. Worlds finest golf and overlooking Ghana preserve . Beautiful sunrises over ocean. A fully furnished kitchen with microwave and oven. You can enjoy watching a 44 inch TV with wifi. A few steps to a beautiful walk down the beach. Perfect location for the entire family and kids.

Absolutely a great location for the beach. Just steps away from the condo. The table could have been a little cleaner. It had sand grit on it. A little outdated, but I would stay again for the value.

Perfect Family Visit

The house was right on the beach and perfect for our family visit. Although the house has some age, it is well kept, clean and perfect accommodations for on the beach. It is close to St Augustine for a quick visit but far enough away from the heavy traffic. We loved this house and hosts are very quick and helpful to respond.

Great location

House is as described. Needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades but the location is perfect. Also, loved the deck. Hosts were incredible. We got locked out and they met us to give us another key. Recommend that they upgrade to a keyless entry.

Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Owners were wonderful and made sure we had plenty of blankets for the unexpected cold weather during our stay. Area under house is nice to hang out when raining and don’t want to sit inside.

It was a cozy home with lovely access to the beach and not as much stairs which was nice for the wagon to be pulled. I liked the gates that kept the porch enclosed and it was big enough to use my 10x10 to provide shade.

Perfect affordable oasis

The house was perfect for 3 couples visiting the St Augustine area for the 1st time. We prefer quiet beaches and this was it! Sit on the deck, watching the sunrise and surf, literally a few steps to the beach. Sharks teeth galore! The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach towels; charcoal grill added plus. Only a short drive to Vilano Beach grocery stores and easy distance to visit St. Augustine. Hope to return some day!
