Book Early for Race Season, Close to Everything W/ extra parking

This wonderful 1940's bungalow is the perfect place to stay to see all that Hot Springs has to offer. It's a quick 5 minute walk to Oaklawn horse racing and gaming, and a 5 minute drive to bathhouse row, restaurant's, bars and activities.
We have off street parking for 3 vehicles, so bring your boat and enjoy the many beautiful lakes in the area. The home is one level with a back deck and fenced in yard with central heat and air. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great for a Weekend Getaway

In town for the weekend for the horse races and the house was conveniently located close to Oaklawn. Clean, cute, and quaint - it had everything we needed.

While the location is convenient for racing season, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our stay. The property had a very strong musty odor throughout the home, and we discovered visible mold on the ceiling in the closet of the second bedroom, which was concerning.Cleanliness was also a major issue. There was pink mold around the shower drain, the kitchen table had sticky spots, and many of the dishes, utensils, pans, and plates had clearly been put away dirty. We had to wash items before using them.Additionally, we only had hot water the first day. After that, the shower never got warm regardless of how long we let the water run.The back deck was also covered in algae, creating a serious slipping hazard. My husband nearly fell when stepping outside.Overall, this property was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and we would not stay here again or recommend it to others. I would strongly encourage the owners to investigate the mold issue and reevaluate the cleaning and maintenance of the property.
