This location was ideal - just a few minutes from everything. We came for hiking and horse racing and we were very close to both! The property was clean and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood.
This was a great little place to have our weekend excursion. It was only a few minutes drive away from the main street & the National park forest. I had a lovely girls trip for the weekend, plenty of accommodations.
We loved our stay here in Hot Springs! We wanted to be near the National Park yet have a quiet space for ourselves and our dogs and the house was perfect. The home was clean and welcoming, with a nice amount of space, and good amenities. Our host communicated well, checked in during our stay and helped us extend our rental when we wanted another day. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and were able to access the west mountain of the park to walk our dogs within a block. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
Our 3-night stay in Hot Springs was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing and made everything seamless from start to finish. The accommodations were exactly as promised—clean, cozy, and truly felt just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made it easy to relax after exploring. Location couldn’t be better: close to trails and just minutes from downtown. This place is a true gem, and we would definitely book it again without hesitation!
If you like clean, quaint, & quiet, then this is a nice spot for you! Easy access in & out the home & the neighborhood. Close to EVERYTHING in Hot Springs!

"While the host was initially kind, the tone changed completely once we reported serious structural issues. The floors are sagging and sloping toward the center in almost every room. More concerningly, the walls in the living room and kitchen are separating and cracked, with multiple layers of trim clearly added to mask deep gaps. AC heat and air unit in one room taped to the wall. The high concerns for mold and our health and safety made for us to find a new location to stay When we respectfully brought this to the host's attention, she responded with condescending comments rather than solutions. She has since refused a refund and ceased communication with VRBO supervisors. Avoid this property for your own safety and peace of mind."I have conversations saved from host being unprofessional as well as pictures of the reality of the home.

Guest saw that I have a 4 person limit but then later said she forgot she has another teenager. I was nice and let her have 5 people instead of 4….
She booked and stayed one night but had so many fears that the house might fall down that she demanded a refund. I told her my house has been through a thorough inspection by the city and they gave me a license as a safe house. I told her she cannot have a refund based on her unreasonable fears.
Our recent visit for a baseball tournament was a truly positive experience. The entire process was seamless and well-organized, exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth and efficient. Communication throughout our stay was excellent and informative. We appreciate the dedication to making our tournament experience so enjoyable.Thank you very much

The host was very nice and communicated quickly and timely. She had great suggestions and had water shoes if we needed them. The house was very cute and had everything you would need. The price was perfect. It is an older house so there is the older house quirks ( old house smell and water pressure would disappear if anyone else tried to use the water when in the shower). The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around in. It was huge but did not have a complete fence around it.
