Great Location

Stayed here with a group of 6. It was in a great location and had a lot of space to accommodate us. Check-in process can be a little confusing online.

Wonderful location

This location was perfect for our family getaway. The apartment is close to everything and there are no shortage of restaurants and shops, all around you, for every need you might have. The kitchen was well stocked and there was coffee, cookies and water made available to us. The air conditioning worked well and I always felt safe there. Nicolò was our contact person and he was wonderful!

Excellent location, terrible communication with the property management company. The hot water tank was out when we arrived so we took cold showers the first day. It took all day for them to respond and fix it. Then it was off again the next day so another cold showers. Again, complete lack of communication all day. Air conditioning unit leaked a huge puddle on the ground. All of the bedroom furniture was broken or near breaking.

The host met us before our scheduled time to check in (if you’re early your one time)He showed us around explains how to use the apartment AC, WiFi location and log in, he even helped us with the bags up to the apartment. The cute little walk way balcony was cute and inviting. Well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen items. The hot water heater went out and they promptly fixed it and restored hot water. Washer was good and washed quickly(setting 8). AC worked well and kept apartment cool. Communication was quickly replied to. Would definitely book again in this location.
