Beautiful spacious apartment with a great balcony and city view! I went in the heat of Summer where it was 100 degrees every day, but was able to keep the apartment nice and cool throughout. Host Alessio was very welcoming and gave local recommendations upon arrival. Excellent location and overall stay! Elevator, plus in-apartment washer and dryer were major perks!

We were contacted by the company 2 days before our reservation that they needed to change our booking to another property for unforeseen circumstances. Review on property we stayed at:Property had minimal AC with only 2 units for the whole apartment. The property did not have AC upstairs, so we could not use any of this area as it was around 100 degrees Fahrenheit upstairs.1 of the units was broken, & the temp downstairs was 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The owner replaced it after a few hours. The property also had a sewer smell in the bathrooms, & the couches were dirty.We did like the location of the property.

Our host was so nice. Very patient and kind. Waited for us at the apartment and was so helpful with our luggage. Beautiful flat with AC in every room which saved us since we were in Bologna at the start of this summer’s heatwave. Reasonable walking distance to town center. Near bus stop. Saving the best for last: a Dryer!!!! Flat has both washer and dryer! We were so grateful to finally get our laundry done.

L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très propre. Les équipements sont complets (lave‑vaisselle, lave‑linge, sèche‑linge, four, plaques…), même si un grille‑pain et une essoreuse à salade auraient été un petit plus. Rien de vraiment gênant.La localisation est idéale, entre la gare et le centre de Bologne. L’aéroport est situé à 15 /20 minutes de l’appartement L’accueil a été très sympathique et les échanges avec l’équipe support vraiment excellents.
