Great arat6!

Wonderful house with everything you might need for holidays with kids. Kichen with all devices like coffee machine,micro oven, big freezer, huge barbecue outside, very nice swimming pool. All rooms have comfortable beds. Very nice area with lots of parking space.

Gorgeous villa

The villa is beautiful and was the perfect vacation home for our family! It is very spacious, clean, and upgraded. But the best part was the outside area with the pool, the ping pong table, etc. You have everything you need in this house to have a good time! The house is also walking distance to the grocery store and La Mata beach. We loved it!

This is a really great, well equipped villa. We were a family of 11 and had plenty of space. It's clear that at least some of the time the owners live here, so it feels like someone's home and not some sterile rental where there is 10 of everything and the quality is cheap. Lovely kitted out kitchen with lots of utensils and some really nice wine glasses... and also knives even with a knife sharpener!Bedrooms are basic but beds are comfortable which is all you need. 2 big seating areas with 2 really good large screen TVs - both have a Chromecast and a HDMI cable which we managed to connect to a laptop and stream Netflix for the kids. Pool and outside area are lovely with a large table and extendable sun shade. Huge gas BBQ as well which we used almost every night. Location wise its great with Lidl and Mercadona 5 minutes walk - although Mercadona do provide deliveries as well which we used for the first day. TIP: Check in and have a good look around the kitchen before heading to the surermaket. A lot of the kitchen basics like oil, herbs, spices, dried goods etc are already in the pantry...again home feeling not just a rental that feels unlived. Bars & Restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk away. Queen Ana Bar is 3 mins away for a drink or cocktail. Communication with Gustav & Annette also fantastic.You get what you pay for... it's not cheap - especially in the children's holiday times (for UK) but it's worth it for a wonderful villa.

Fantastisk ophold

Helt igennem et dejligt hus i et skønt og roligt område. Rigtig god indtjekning/modtagelse. Kunne ønske større bord og stole til de 12 mennesker på terrassen hvor vi opholdt os det meste af tide. Vi løste det med stole fra anden terrasse.

Het huis is fantastisch voor een grote groep. Iedereen heeft een eigen plek en privacy. Het zwembad is uniek. Het was erg warm dus er is veel gebruik gemaakt van dit. Vooral voor kinderen. Rustige buurt. Wij hebben genoten. Een puntje van kritiek. Het huis was niet schoon. Vooral de keuken en de kastjes.

Et rigtig dejligt hus og godt indrettet. Passede perfekt til vores familie 😊 Billederne svarede stort set til virkeligheden. Der var på billederne vist et lougeset på øverste terrasse, hvilket der ikke var. Der mangler bestik og der kunne godt være lidt flere tallerkener. Trænger til en god rengøring af køkkenskabe. Ellers et lækkert hus 😊
