2026 reductions! Luxury 2 bed apartment, stunning views over Fistral Beach

4 Fistral Beach is a luxury apartment with panoramic views over the much revered Fistral Beach. It comfortably sleeps five and is available to rent throughout the year.

It is one of only seven apartments in an exclusive development. Parking is an allocated space in the apartment forecourt. There is lift access to the first floor and internally the apartment is wheelchair accessible.

There is a lounge/diner and fully fitted and appointed kitchen leading to a private balcony through the bi-fold doors. You may dine al fresco, or just watch the surf and the sunset with a glass of fizz!

There are smart enabled TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms. This coupled with fast fibre broadband (150Mb/s) means that you don't have to go without your home comforts. We also have a Sonos sound system, which allows you to stream of a vast amount of music via Spotify etc using your mobile device with the Sonos app.

The master bedroom has it's own spacious en-suite shower room, whilst both bedrooms have access to the family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower (over).

There are wooden floors in the main apartment, tiles in the bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms. Hot water is on demand and underfloor heating.

There is also a high chair and travel cot available.

There is a rear patio area with clothes line, and an external shower and surf locker with use of body boards, buckets and spades etc included. Linen and towels included but guests should provide their own beach towels.

It is within a 5 minute walk of the renowned Newquay Golf Club.

At the end of Fistral beach is the Fistral Stable and Rick Stein's Restaurant.

You are within walking distance of the well-known Headland Hotel, and Lewinnick Lodge, both renowned for location, atmosphere and great food. Slightly further afield there is the beach restaurant at Lusty Glaze and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay.

Newquay town centre is 20 minutes walk away, with a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The harbour is also close by, with fishing trips and the Newquay seals to be seen.

Let's not forget the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo.

Perfect home for a family of five! Coffee truck, yoga, and surfing right outside the door. Walk 10 minutes to see the stunning sunsets or take in the view from the deck. The home was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend! Just note, it is self catering so be sure to pack your own toiletries or make a stop at the store, nearby.

Brilliant stay, fabulous location

Loved our stay at this wonderful apartment on Fistral beach. Perfect for all the family. Lots of fabulous walks on the beach and the surrounding areas, surfing for the teens and fabulous restaurants across the bay and on the headland. Highly recommend.

Great stay & Location

The flat is an excellent location for walking all around the headland, eating in restaurants and perfect if you are a surfer! We enjoyed our few days that we had, it helped the weather was a amazing too! As a family we would recommend staying here, as it is a beautiful part of Cornwall and the flat is a great place to unwind.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We have just spent a week at this great property, wonderful views and the sound of the waves awaken you each morning when you take tea on the balcony. The apartment was well equipped with lots of nice touches likes condiments and spices in the cupboard for your to use. The linen was top quality and the large bath a great luxury after a long cliff walk. We hope to return next year.

Fabulous views

What an amazing apartment with views to die for. Everything you needed was at this perfectly positioned place. Only being 5ft 2 however made it difficult to reach for pots and pans in kitchen cupboards so some collapsible steps would be handy. That aside I would book again in a heartbeat if planning a trip to this area of Cornwall again.

Excellent Stay!

We were delighted to find that the actual place matched the description to a "T". Beautiful location and scenery - nature at its finest. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Well furnished and comfortable. We had a toddler with us and the addition of some toys and books was very welcome in keeping her occupied. Would throughly recommend this location and Emer many thanks for your assistance with the check in and the slight parking problem we encountered. Fabulous all round!

Beautiful property with beautiful view!

A wonderful spacious, comfortable and warm apartment with a glorious view and walks literally on your doorstep. The hosts were very helpful and at the end of the phone should we need them. The apartment was very well equipped and the only thing i missed was a teapot! Had Sunday lunch at the Lewinnick Lodge, which was excellent. Sadly no surf on the doorstep for my husband but he managed to find a spot that was working! Highly recommended and we hope to be back. Thank you.

Believe it......!

We have just spent a wonderful week in this fabulous apartment. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left everything was just right. The apartment is perfectly set out and equipt with everything needed to make it home from home. Every room is styled and furnished to a very high standard, providing comfort throughout. The views are stunning and it's easy to just sit back, relax and admire the surroundings. We parked the car when we arrived and for the next week, it didn't move again. The excellent location enabled us to take some lovely walks, strolling for miles admiring amazing views and then returning to a lovely warm apartment for a well earned glass or two! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Modern, clean and beautifully presented

The apartment has the most spectacular views over fistral beach, with bi-food doors opening onto a large balcony. It was furnished with extremely high quality fittings. The bed linen was high quality as were the Snow White towels. The bathrooms were superbly appointed with super rainfall showers and very high quality tiling and fitments. Unusually for a rental property (in my experience) the kitchen was vey well appointed with ample cooking implements, sharp knives,welcome dishwasher and wine fridge, excellent for people like us that like the option to cook for ourselves. The apartment is situated just metres away from good restaurants, even the hotel next door was well worth a visit to their restaurant. We would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent apartment to other people wanting a luxury relaxing holiday in Newquay.

It was everything we could wish for,

The property is very well appointed, very clean, well stocked with all the basic and necessary items. Comfortable and easy to live in. Two weeks went past so quickly we were very happy there and would love to visit again …. Let us know when you have a cancellation! Do we have a complaint, no only a suggestion. Unfortunately l had to worry the landlord because on our arrival into the flat we couldn’t find a few necessary details and only discovered that it was not due to the apartment owners but rather to the previous occupants who used the adequate notes as a score pad for games and then put them amongst the brochures in the basket container…so my suggestion is that the notes get placed where they cannot be removed, Just an observation.

Good but could be really good with some finishing touches and maintenance.

Great arrival and check in communications. Amazing sea view from the lounge. All kitchen equipment you’d need for cooking, nice fridge freezer and dishwasher in kitchen. Two black bags, dishwasher tabs and tea towels with cloth fir kitchen provided. One loo roll in each bathroom. Linen all lovely and fresh and clean and comfy beds. Plenty of nice towels. There were a selection of dvds on offer and books to read. What let the place down: Cleaning was basic, cobwebs in lounge and dusty headboards and bed side cabinets. Wi-Fi Extender not working and we didn’t have it fixed despite emailing and having a call with landlord, so no Wi-Fi in any rooms other than the lounge, which normally wouldn’t be a problem but my hubby was on call so needed Wi-Fi at all times. The bedrooms and en suite windows all have large gaps in them so you have a draft when wind is on them (most of our time there weather was stormy) and they don’t stop the noise from outside- think the hinges just need adjusting- simple job. It was disappointing there was no hand wash or hand soap in the bathrooms, which all other similar properties I’ve stayed in have been provided. I always expect to take my own shower gel etc, but not hand soap, especially since covid. The comms from the landlord mentioned a folder with instructions for all electrical equipment/ we couldn’t find it, so this may need replacing. The tv could do with updating as it’s not properly “smart” so could only get normal tv and not Netflix etc. As I say, it’s a lovely place, about 20 mins walk from the town centre and a few mins onto Fistral beach, it’s just the few points above that let it down.

Great place with good beach access

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is accessible within 5 minutes. The view is marvelous from the terrace over the beach. The apartment is well organized and clean. Parking is also available. A clear recommendation also for families with or without surfing ambition.

Our first trip to Newquay

This was our first time to Newquay celebrating my mother's 60th and my husband's 40th. We could not have asked for a better place. The place was immaculate. The view was amazing. We spent each night sat outside at the table overlooking the beach with our beverages. Waking up to the view was out of this world. My son was kept entertained with the array of toys/books that were available. The bedrooms were huge and were ample enough for the four of us. The parking outside was a great bonus. There were boards available in the lock-up allowing my husband to try his hand at body boarding. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk down some steps so we visited multiple times with my son and so handy in the evenings to just pop down when it was not as hot. The walk into Newquay was not far and my 3 year old managed to walk one way and around town no problem. There was also a playground just at the top of the hill which was very convenient. Emer was in contact before and after arrival to check on everything which was a nice touch. The only downfall was the 5.30am wake up call from the seagulls but we are by the coast and waking up early allowed us to watch the surfers. We have all said if we were to go to Newquay again we would not even contemplate looking at another property we would return here with no hesitation.

Anniversary trip

Stayed here for three nights over the August BH to celebrate a 10 year wedding anniversary. At over £900 it isn’t cheap but then it’s high season in Cornwall. It’s a lovely property in a beautiful setting, the views are stunning. Easy walk to Fistral, Lewinnick, Headland hotel. Having use of beach equipment was a nice touch, our children loved body boarding, rock pooling and building sandcastles! Nice TV with plenty of on demand options available. My only critique would be that the balcony area could do with a little TLC/uplift, it doesn’t quite match the opening image used on the listing! Having such a beautiful view to look out on, it would be nice sit in a slightly more luxury environment. The bathrooms were spotless, great shower, clean bedding and everything we needed was there. Good communication from the owner, off street parking was great. I would definitely revisit and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
