The bungalow is located on a small alleyway leading from a quiet street with street parking outside.

The kitchen is at the front of the property with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob plus everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The lounge has large patio doors that open out onto the southerly terrace. In the airconditioned lounge there are 2 two-seater sofas around a nice glass top coffee table, the Smart TV has spanish programmes and and a circular dining table for you to enjoy your evening meal.
From the lounge you go up a small hallway to a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. Opposite the twin bedroom is a family bathroom with bath/shower. Both bedrooms have nice fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
From the lounge you walk through the patio doors onto a south facing terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your breakfasts and evening drinks. There are 4 lovely sunbeds on the terrace and outside dining table, chairs and parasol. There are stairs leading up to a sun terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing evening, sitting at the comfortable sofa , table and chairs.
This apartment has beautiful views over the ravene and is completely private..

A few minutes walk away there is a lovely grassed communal pool at the end of the street, which has a children’s and adults pool.

The nearest supermarket Dial Prix is close to Los Dolses Commercial Centre and all major supermarkets are within a 5 minutes’ drive away. Zenia Boulevard with 100´s of shops and restaurants and Villa Martin Plaza with many restaurants and bars are a 5 minutes’ drive away-
The nearest beach is a 5 to 10 minute drive at La Zenia where there are sun loungers, parasols and beachbars. There are numerous blue flag beaches along the Orihuela Costa
