For lovers of nature and tranquility, this one-of-a-kind home is nestled amid the lush Mediterranean vegetation, featuring olive trees, citrus trees, and prickly pears.
It is a comfortable, detached home offering breathtaking views of Mount Etna and the sea
. It is strategically located for exploring the many destinations in eastern Sicily: Mount Etna, Catania and its beaches, Etnaland, Taormina, Syracuse and Ortigia, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, and the Valley of the Temples
The space
It is a detached, cosy, and comfortable home; the spacious terrace expands the usable living area.
The interior consists of a large, open-concept space with a double-height ceiling: the ground floor features the living area with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a shower; the upper floor houses the sleeping area with a double bed, plus the option to add two single beds.
The sofas provide two additional very comfortable sleeping spots.
The house was built in compliance with anti-seismic standards and is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning.
Parking space included.
Shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.
Occasionally, I can organise dinners featuring organic and locally sourced products.
It is strongly recommended that you have your own car for getting around
Guest access
The house will be entirely at the guests’ disposal.
Other things to keep in mind
The garden is available to guests on a non-exclusive basis: in fact, someone may enter to tend to the plants and the vegetable garden. The plants must be treated with the utmost respect.
