The structure consists of two floors. The lower floor includes the living area equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom.
The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom equipped with all amenities. One of the two rooms overlooks a small terrace with a sea view. From here you can catch a glimpse of one of the trabocchi hosted by Costa, a strange fishing machine characteristic of this area.
What makes this apartment unique is the presence of original floors that tell of decades of trampling, typical of this area inhabited by ancient sailors.
The exterior houses a sea-view lounge with kitchenette and private parking facilities.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
