The location of this property is superb. 1 minute walk into town and private parking - very rare in St Andrews. The property was very clean and expertly managed by short stay St Andrews - excellent communication and easy check in and out.The shower was the best we’ve had in recent holiday properties we’ve stayed in - powerful and hot! The kitchen is adequately equipped and the lounge furniture adequately comfortable. It would sleep 3 couples as there is a sofa bed in the living room too.

Great location. It was very clean. One bed was very comfortable but the other was not. It was a little loud in the neighborhood at night.
