This penthouse apartment offers excellent value for those looking for a holiday retreat in a lively area. There is a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and the communal pool and there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An en-suite master bedroom with king size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The modern en-suite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double hand basin and WC, the second bathroom has a bath with over-head shower, sink and WC. The large living room with terrace access provides TV with international channels such as Sky along with a high speed fibre internet connection. A comfortable four seater sofa and a dining area for up to four guests. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons to prepare your alfresco meals on the terrace. Please keep in mind that the building does not have a lift/elevator and there is plenty of street parking available just outside the community grounds. The property has independent air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, bedrooms also have ceiling fans if you prefer. All in all, a lovely property for families wanting to stay next to restaurants and/or bars.
