Fabulous location, very peaceful and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Effortless check-in. Apartment well furnished and equipped. Easy commute by car or public transport to Estepona and Marbella. Pool and grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, very well equipped with a wonderful little private garden. Location is lovely - peaceful and relaxing and only a short stroll to a variety of beach bars and restaurants along the coastal path in both directions. Cancelada is also a lovely little place with restaurants and bars. La Carcinera was a particular favourite eating al fresco in the garden terrace. Short drive into Estepona or Marbella, and would recommend a drive up to Ronda -well worth a visit.

Lovely place to stay and very well equipped. Being older we found that there was nothing in reasonable walking distance, except the beach. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Baby friendly apartment close to pool and beach

We stayed with our 10 month old baby in this lovely spacious apartment. We loved the baby friendly pool with a life guard just next to the house. 10 minutes stroll to the beach was easy with the baby buggy. Would recommend it and come again.

Lovely beach property

Perfect location for a beach vacation with teens. Property owner very friendly and helpful. When we arrived for check-in we were told that they didn’t have a booking for that date and the property was not cleaned from previous tenant, which was very stressful, particularly given the language barrier. But once we were settled in we had a nice stay. Parking was easy, the apartment was very comfortable, and our boys could easily walk to the beach or store.

Loved the villa..very clean ..overall very gd..only one point..maybe upgrade the sofa..think it lets the lovely room down..i.e the covers on it ..and the stained white leather.other than that gr8.. Pool area..i am disabled and i found it is not suitable for physically disabled people..walk down n up from pool very bad for me..no hand rail to walk into pool..surrounding beautiful. Lois a fantastic host..so thanku lois..

Park Beach ist eine sehr schöne Anlage aber unsere Wohnung weist einige Mängel auf. Die Couch….Bett … unzumutbar. Bilder und mail verschickt jedoch keine Antwort erhalten was auch zu wünschen übrig lässt.Grüße Hubertz

Please note that the covers on the cream leather sofa are to prevent further discolouration from suncream, and should not be removed. These are regularly laundered. Estancia maravillosa

Nosotros ya venimos el segundo año y nos encanta la casa que esta muy bien ubicada y equipada al lado de piscina y playa. El jardin con la terraza se puede aprovechar todo el dia. La cama muy comoda y para nosotros muy importante no tener que usar el aire aacondicionado.a

Yet again, another great holiday.

We have been visiting Park Beach for the past 25 years and this is our second visit to Lois` property and it delivers on all fronts. Great garden, close to one of the two swimming pools (great for kids) and close by to a number of really good restaurants in Cancelada. Just been home for a couple of days but, already, looking forward to next year.
