Cozy apartment, just renovated in a quiet area of the Flaminio district, close to the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, MAXXI Museum, Stadio Flaminio and the Teatro Olimpico.
A few steps away there is the tram n. 2 which in a few minutes will take you to Piazza del Popolo from which it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon.
The house is on the second floor with lift (20 steps to be climb), has an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), table and chairs, Smart TV, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Guests will have a free usage of air conditioning (in the double bedroom), free wi-fi internet connection, heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels and bed linens.
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from/to the airport
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.40 per kw/h. For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of 150.00 euros is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.

From the apartment in 5 tram stops you can reach Piazza del Popolo, one of the most central places in Rome, from which it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon.
From Piazza del Popolo it is possible to take the 628 bus which in 13 minutes arrives in the heart of Trastevere, in Piazza Trilussa.
In Piazza del Popolo you will also find the "Flaminio" metro stop on Line A which will take you to St. Peter's and the Vatican in a few minutes.
The apartment can be reached from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports arriving by train or bus at Termini station and from there take the underground line A (red) to Flaminio and then tram n.2 for 5 stops to the Tiziano stop.
Or from Termini station you can take bus n. 910 to the Flaminia/Reni stop.
The neighborhood is full of locals, restaurants and pizzerias. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
