Great location riddled with bedbugs

Contacted property manager who, qt forst, failed to believe they were bed bugs and requested a linen change. Bedding didnt get changed however, after another night, sent someone around to see what the issues was. Confinred bed bugs. Moved us to a near by property which was spotless. Stayed at Santa Naria over 20 times and this was the first issue we have ever encountered. Excellent loaction and hotel just a shame about the bed bugs.

It was a shock to everyone. But the positive is that the studio has now been fully fumigated and gutted. All brand new beds, mattresses, bedroom furniture, sofa bed, bed linen and towels. As soon as the situation was evaluated the guests were moved to a lovely alternative apartment, which was actually an upgrade. I believe they were very happy there and enjoyed the rest of their holiday. There are sometimes situations outside of our control, but the important thing is how we deal with these situations. We always strive to give our guests excellent customer service.

Always like this part of the island

Thank you for your lovely review. It's true it would have been cheaper if you had booked the apartment with me direct, as you did in 2019. But I don't understand what you mean about the apartment having shot up in price. In 2019 you booked a different apartment from me in this complex (not the same one). It was a one-bedroom apartment and this apartmnet is a studio. And the price was £571. This year you paid €605 (£502). So the apartment was a lot cheaper this year, quite the opposite of what you say in your review.

Property in a great location with everything at hand

Even though property was well equipped I felt like it did need a bit updating. There was also no WiFi but overall I would recommend this property.

Lovely 2 week holiday

We are going home today after having a lovely 2 weeks holiday in this studio, air conditioning works very well, which has been a godsend because I've developed a chest infection, we have a lovely balcony overlooking sun terrace. Would certainly highly recommend
