About this property

A fully furnished apartment in a very sought after and quiet area of St Paul's Bay. Property consists of an open plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with a front balcony, two bedrooms (one with en-suite and back balcony). The apartment also has a laundry room, box room, study room and a family bathroom.

The apartment is located on 3rd floor with use of elevator/lift, however to access the lift there are about 15 steps.

Air conditioning is operated by a coin meter.

PLUG TYPE l For Malta the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Malta operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. Please make sure to bring your own universal adapter :)

TOWELS l Kindly note that we only provide one set of towels per person for whole stay, therefore we suggest you bring your own should you need more.
