Host cancelled 20 min after check in.

Host has absolutely awful communication. When i had not received details on how to access the property the day before, I messaged him through Vrbo. No response. Again the day of, no response. Now 20 min after we're supposed to he there, I call him. He answered, and sounded annoyed that I was calling. He said he would check with his partner and call me back. I let 45 min go by and nothing. I called him again ajlnd he cleared my call and texted me saying that he was unable to accomodate my stay. Luckily, Vrbo customer service is great, and they got me set up in a hotel within 30 min and I will have to now submit for reimbursement through them for the additional cost. Do not book.

This was a disappointment.

I was not happy with my stay. The property manager was extremely uncommunicative. I had trouble with the WiFi and they never responded when I needed help. I ultimately never had WiFi access. The accommodations were dreadful. The furniture seemed dirty. The bathroom was horrible. They didn’t provide even a full roll of toilet paper. The shower was too small for a larger person and it was meant to have a glass door and not the shotty shower curtain that was provided. After every shower, I had to clean up the floors. The shower system also was complicated and I could have used a tutorial from the property manager. The front door was unlocked/broken during my stay and I didn’t love that. I am really disappointed and I wish I stayed a a hotel. I don’t know if I will use Vrbo again.
