The Fold is in a lovely area of Hebden Bridge. Being able to park our car safely was really good. Quick walk along the canal side into Hebden Bridge was a lovely walk. Having our own little terrace was lovely to enjoy the views with our morning cuppa.Melanie made us a homemade cake for our arrival along with a bottle of wine. These personal touches were very much appreciated.A wonderful stay.
Stay was just as expected with the nice touch of a home made cake left in a container on the kitchen work top.Location , 3 minutes drive away. Great shops nearby and a handy co-op within easy reach , being well stocked and open till 10pm most days.Hebden bridge is a an absolute jewell.
The Fold is excellent for visiting Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. Added bonus is free parking and access to the town along the canal path. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay including a bistro style table and chairs outside the property which we were lucky to use in this current heatwave. Highly recommend and good communication with the owner.
Lovely property with parking. Can’t fault it. Easy walk into Hebden Bridge along the canal.

The flat was beautiful, it had everything we needed and more, the welcome goodies provided by Melanie were a lovely touch. The views are spectacular and it’s a lovely walk into the centre of Hebden Bridge, or a steep walk up into Heptonstall. Perfect location!
Great little place, stayed for the weekend.
Close to bars and restaurants in town, one of the few places with parking and nice little sunny outdoor area.

Thanks Mark. I’m really glad you liked it - we genuinely think it’s got something special about it.
The whole experience was 5 stars. Melanie gave all the information needed before we arrived and checked in with us during our stay that everything was ok. Car parking on site was such a bonus. Walking into The Fold felt like coming home. It was more like staying in a friend’s home than staying in holiday accommodation. The decor was tasteful and we had everything we needed and more. There were so many thoughtful touches in addition to the place being very well equipped. If you book The Fold you won’t be disappointed.
This ground floor apartment in Hebden Bridge was wonderful, Mel's (the host) communication was brilliant, before & during our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented, warm & comfortable, and only a 10minute walk into the centre of Hebden Bridge. Everything we could need for the week was provided, toiletries, milk, tea, coffee, a delicious homemade cake and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. So thoughtful and generous, it really made our short break so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment.
Great place to stay and great facilties in the house. This is such a good area to stay - it's possible to walk to the hills, walk to he pubs and shops and restaurants and get a train here too.
We are so glad we found this place. We were unwell and tired after a bike tour and this place was just what we needed. Some extra space compared to a hotel room and situated in an iconic town

I always feel that the Fold is a magical place so I'm really pleased it wove a little spell around you Tanya. Thanks for choosing to stay with us.
Lovely location . Good facilities. Comfortable . Light with good views . Just right place for us as near family in the area and places to visit and spectacular walks .
We were 3 adults and a dog and we fit perfectly in this cute flat. The location was perfect, an easy walk into downtown Hebden Bridge, and parking was great. Close to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill, which are lovely hikes too. Excellent hosts too!
Had a lovely stay, very cosy. Fold down bed in main living room but this worked well for us and was easy to use. Great views and all the amenities you would need. Very easy to check in too and lovely short walk into Hebdon Bridge which is lovely, with fab shops, cafes and restaurants - great vibe! Thank you x

It was great to have you stay Kate. I’m always really pleased to read how people enjoy the Fold. It’s such a lovely space, we were glad to build the ‘library bed’ so you can enjoy the lounge before bedtime. And with Hebden on the doorstep what’s not to like? 😉 We will hope to see you again sometime. X
A great location for walks and cycles, away from the parking challenge of the town but an easy walk in for the shops, bars and restaurants. Melanie was very welcoming and the wine and homemade cake was a lovely touch. Recommended.
We had a fantastic time staying in this property. The host (Melanie) was very helpful and her instructions to get into the property were spot on. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect location for exploring that area. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. It is ideal for couples.

The Fold is a lovely flat, perfect for a long weekend away for my husband and I. Everything we needed was provided in the flat along with some extra treats which was a lovely touch.
The flat was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was great. The flat is in walking distance to the lovely town of Hebden Bridge where there are some nice bars and restaurants.
Thank you, we would definitely recommend!

Excellent! A real gem of a place to stay - spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished....we were a last minute booking and really appreciated Melanie ensuring we could check-in on time - the tasty parkin left for us in the kitchen was a lovely surprise - much enjoyed by this Yorkshireman!
The 'library bed' was intriguing and amazingly comfortable. One of the best self-catering places we've stayed in - we'll stay again.
A stunning place in a fantastic place, ideal for the canal side walk into Hebden Bridge. Host was faultless and nice touches with the welcome package. Sorry we did not sign the visifors book as we packed and left with a gap in the rain showers.

Thanks Martin. I am glad you liked it - we think it’s a pretty special place and love it when other folks enjoy it too. Stay safe out there. Mx
The property is clean, tidy and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you may need(dishwasher, decent cooker etc). Living room has a nice sofa, books, board games and some local info for those that need it. Plenty of space for the 2 of us and our dog with some nice walks straight out of the door. It’s just far enough out of the Village to feel more private but close enough to walk in for food, drinks or just a look around. Host is fantastic - great communication, friendly and put some wine/chocolate and banana bread out for us which was a lovey surprise.
