Excellent spacious 2 bedroom house (more than a cottage!). Excellent location on a very serene setting. Would give this property a 10 but for the fact we had to make our own beds (first time this has happened at a VRBO for us). Would definitely go back.

Croft cottage was beautiful and beyond our expectations. It was cool in the hot weather, the surrounding scenery was beautiful, the area was peaceful with cows and calves grazing nearby. Everything was clean and the cottage was well equipped. Amy , the host was very helpful. We hope to stay again.

We stayed in the cottage for a week and we loved it! The rooms are lovely. The kitchen is twice the size of our kitchen at home and fully equiped. And the views...beautiful! We love rural cottages. This cottage was perfectly quiet and therefore the perfect place to relax. And there is plenty to do in the surroundings: driving in the Yorkshire Dales, visiting Castle Howard (plenty of films/series were filmed there...!) and visiting Fountains Abbey. Skipton is a very lovely market town. We hope to return to the cottage one day!

A lovely sized property with the most wonderful views. Comfy and well equipped.Surrounded by cows and sheep who were great to watch.Definitely need a blind in the main bathroom, so not fully exposed to the next door house or anyone coming along the road! We had to hang towels up at the window.Would highly recommend a 'welcome' folder with instructions for the oven, heating etc, but also where to put rubbish and recycling on departure.Also, find it strange that we had to make up our own beds on arrival? Have stayed in many holiday homes over the last 30 years but never had to do this before.

We have stayed here before and it's definitely one I want to visit again, the weekend is never enough Such a lovely cottage, the views are gorgeous and it's so quiet. The owner has left thoughtful things around that you may forget, like tea towels, bin liners and loo rolls, hot chocolate!Love staying here, thankyou for a lovely visit

This is our second visit to Croft Cottage and it definitely won’t be our last!Amy is a brilliant host, who answered any questions we had regarding our stay, within minutes. The cottage itself is like something out of a film; so quiet, picturesque views, so comfortable, clean and has everything you would want for a perfect little stay. It feels like a home from home.

Our second stay at Croft Cottage - great location and great value. Rooms are simply and cleanly furnished; comfortable but not over-fussy. Excellent kitchen, very well equipped. The age of the property makes it a little quirky in places but adds character. Will be back!

Very good pet friendly cottage in an excellent location. Everything as described.We'd recommend the Swan in Addingham for good value, quality food.Only minor problem was lack of instructions for TV and oven, but easily overcome with Google

Our first stay at this cottage and hopefully not our last, with a good size modern well appointed kitchen, two large bedrooms two bathrooms, dining rooms and Lounge. Those thick stone walls keep the temperature even inside the cottage with views from every window, a pair of nesting Grouse with tiny young chicks running around the outside of the property kept us entertained towards the end of our stay. We enjoyed bringing our local family and friends back to the cottages who were all suitably impressed. The Wi-Fi & TV worked well, there are some traditional older furniture scattered around the cottage which all adds to the charm of the place. I would like to see some basic history & old photos made available for guests if that's possible, the best UK away place we have ever stayed at, thank you Amy.
