Our Fabulous House is ideally located in the heart of South Kensington just 2 min' walk from the Natural History museum. Just 2 min' walk to South Kensington Station: Piccadilly, Circle and District Lines. With great connections to explore the best features of the city The Madame Tussauds London, The Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, The Buckingham Palace, The London Eye.

The house has three levels and is decorated in a comfortable modern style. All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom each. The flat is furbished with modern furniture.

The house comes with with flat screen TV, well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, dish washer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath and shower.

Very good position, but some problem with the house

We had problems with the absence of the hot water during the whole stay, except few hours: we haven't been able to take a shower. Furthermore the house wasn't cleaned very well on the floor.

House was filthy. Upstairs shower leaked water into the bathroom below and was not usable. There was mold on the walls. The water was pouring from the ceiling.AC units didn't work in 100 degree weather and one bedroom didn't have batteries in the remote for the wall unit. In three days we couldn't use one bedroom due to the heat. Mirrors were broken and some had tape on them.One sink was closed/blocked on the drain and we couldn't use it--until they could get a service guy to come over. I took pictures of the filth and mold. I made almost a dozen calls to the EVIIVO London VRBO office. The service guy that came to provide batteries for the remote, and for the other issues he said they only fix 'major' problems. What could be more major than no AC and leaking shower pipe, or not being able to wash your dishes? The listing was for 11 people. We had 10 in our party. But there were only 6 bowls and 8 spoons. There was not dish soap or dish towels. The listing stated a washer and dryer. There was not a dryer. This was a very expensive rental for 3 days and not worth the price. My expectations were not met as this was not what was advertized. I believe that I should have a partial refund as consideration for the extreme discomfort we had during our stay.

Needs a little TLC, but cannot beat the location!

The flat could not be situated in a more perfect location! It was close to the tube, museums, plenty of dining options and more. The property managers were easy to work with. The property definitely photographs well, but is in need of some care. The bathroom attached to the double bed bedroom needs much work, as there is water damage and what looks to be mold along the ceiling, the tiles along the shower wall where the knobs are look as if they could fall off at any moment, the drain of the sink has a tons of gunk in it, and the cold water knob on the sink is tricky to turn off. Also, there were ants on the first floor along the base of the stairs. But, we did enjoy our stay very much and were able to look past the few condition issues to have a lovely family vacation in a great location.
