Due to its wonderful and central location, this place is ideal for couples, small families, and business travelers. You can walk to the city center, as you will be in the heart of Sant Antoni Neighborhood. Highly recommended is a quick visit to the local market, famous for selling food and clothes in a beautiful construction renovated not many years ago.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 3 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed equipped with storage space, fan and electric heater

Bedroom 2: 1 Single bed equipped with storage space

1 Sofa bed (double) in living room

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, shops, and bars, all within easy walking distance. The area felt lively but still comfortable and convenient. The host was excellent at communicating and made check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay again.

Good Apartment

Nice apartment in Barcelona. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There is only 1 air conditioner located in the main room so we had to set up fans in the hallway to move the cold air into that room, but otherwise it was great.

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days. PROs:Very clean, close to restaurants, close to bus stops, Metro station, taxis driving frequently.Located in Old Town which has its charm. The streets weren't jam-packed with tourists, yet it was within walking distance to the Gothic Quarters, Rambla, Bouqueteria, and much more. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Lots of hangers to hangup clothes.An easy check-out procedure which was basically to leave the keys on table. QR code to access all of the appliances, dishwasher, TV, washing machine. All good, but we had to watch YouTube videos to figure out how to unlock the flat top stove.Good AC in front room. CONs:-Directions for getting into the building, and then into the apartment were in Spanish. We had to ask a young local man for help.- Building access was through an app, so make sure to always have your cell phone charged to get back in. ‐ Not stocked with any staples such as sugar for coffee, S & P, olive oil, etc. But there were several grocery stores and markets nearby to stock up. - Just three bath towels for the week. We made it work. ‐Recyclable bins on the street just outside, so we're heard a lot of glass drops into the glass bin. Busy neigherhood. Normal city noise of traffic, people at nearby at cafes and walking. I loved it, reminded me of NYC noise, but it was a bit too much for my friend.We would return to this apartment!
