This place is amazing! Stefan is a great host who went out of his way to make certain that we felt comfortable. It is conveniently located right in the heart of the historic part of the city. The space is beautifully designed with restored original frescoes adorning the walls. The sleeping areas are incredibly comfortable and it's a great bonus to have a small workout space in one of them. I would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful!!! This is the second time I have stayed at one of Stefano’s apartments and would stay again and again. This apartment is beautifully designed and furnished. Also, it is very relaxing. It is perfectly located in a quiet spot but is walkable to all of Arezzo’s sites. Ask Stefano to cook for you!!!

Stefano was an excellent host,from picking us up at the train to helping us to call a cab upon our departure. I have never had a better host. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. We had everything we needed from wine in the fridge (12 and 18 dollars a bottle) to coffee for our morning. Pride of ownership is evident in this unit. I hate to mention all of this given the next time I try to book a stay in Arezzo, Stefano’s place will be booked.Stefano thank you for everything.Joc & Colin

My Favorite Apartment in Arezzo

I stayed at multiple locations in Arezzo but this one is by far my favorite. I much appreciated the beautiful restoration of the historic apartment, the way Stefano paid attention to every little detail, the creative way the old and the new coexist. Stefano has been an amazing guest, with valuable answers to any inquiry. Be back soon!

The property was exactly as advertised but even more beautiful than in the pics. The bathrooms were efficient, beds comfortable, kitchen functional and the apartment an immersive work of art. Stephano was a welcoming host who went over and above the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. Meeting his dog, Spritz, was a treat too. There’s a lovely family run coffee and pastry shop across the street. It’s easy to walk anywhere in Arezzo from this apartment.
