Stunning apartment with two spacious terraces, located in the heart of the Kalsa district, in the beautiful city of Palermo.



The house, situated on the third floor without a lift in a small building just a stone's throw from Piazza Magione and behind Via Alloro, is spread over three levels and opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa and a dining table. From here you can access the bathroom with shower, the independent kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed.

A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor which hosts a single bed and a terrace furnished with sofas, dining area and external kitchen. The apartment has an additional terrace, accessible from the first terrace via a spiral staircase, furnished with sun loungers.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful art cities in the country and capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists will be able to take part in the Baroque itinerary of Palermo to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of Santissimo Salvatore, Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
