Ginna was great

The property was very nice and tidy. Ginna was very helpful and accommodating. I visited Lima to reconnect with family and friends. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us.

The property was not very clean at all. The check in process was easy and smooth. The communication with the host was easy and effective. We struggled with the cleanliness of the unit and this over all affected our rating. The paint is peeling on the walls, the beds and furniture were dirty with what appeared to be mold on the head boards. There were mold spores on some walls and the blinds in the bedrooms. The floor was so dirty we had no choice but to clean it ourselves or walk with shoes on. Over all the location was initially listed being near Mira Flores and then the location was updated to Magdalena Del Mar. not a bad location at all but not where we initially thought we were staying.
