Modern, spacious and very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment and 2.5 baths located on the 4th floor of a modern building that's only 7 years old with 2 elevators and 24 hour security. Apartment has a total of 1,300 sqft, located 3 blocks from costa verde and a 5 minute walk to Parque del Amor. Master bedroom has a queen bed with it's own master bathroom and walk in closet and a smart TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and spacious closets. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for families. Living room has a smart TV as well. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer & Dryer.
