Amazing sunset from the pool, 30 meters from the sea!

Villa Maria Cristina - Torre delle Stelle - Sardinia
Delightful and independent villa overlooking the long blue expanse of the Gulf of Cagliari and the Torre delle Stelle beach, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. It is located 30 meters from the sea and immersed in a lush flower garden of 1000 square meters. There are many relaxation areas, from which you can admire the sun that offers exciting sunsets over the sea. The most enchanting and unexpected comfort zones are: The solarium, with private swimming pool, outdoor shower and comfortable deckchairs on which to sunbathe all day; a terrace, a splendid place to live when you wake up, from breakfast, while admiring the boats and where, in the evening, the lights of the city of Cagliari illuminate the landscape as if they were stars; a patio, where you can relax in the shade of the flowering trees, ideal for reading a book, listening to music or simply for taking a nap after lunch.
At 30 meters from the garden entrance, a path leads to the sea, in an ideal stretch for diving and "amateur" fishing, because it is very private: you will discover fabulous backdrops even in the first meters of depth!

The interior is structured on three levels:

Ground floor - A large and bright living room with sea view, is composed of two large and comfortable sofas which are located in front of the fireplace and the glass wall which leads to the terrace, 1 dining table and a piano; a terrace, overlooking the sea and the private swimming pool, and is set up to ensure the pleasantness of a convivial moment among guests; a eat-in kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, refrigerator and all the most common utensils) gives direct access to the external barbecue, for which wood is available; finally, a door to the lounge separates the living area from the sleeping area. In the latter there are a hallway with a bathroom (sanitary and hydromassage shower box) and 2 bedrooms (one single and the other double) from which you can directly access the garden.

First floor - is entirely dedicated to the master double bedroom with sea view and to a bathroom with sanitary ware and a large shower.

Second floor - 1 large sea view room with 2 beds with access to an independent terrace from which you can admire the entire bay of the Gulf of Cagliari; 1 bathroom equipped with all sanitary and a large shower.

The location:
Torre delle Stelle is a tourist village equipped with all the necessary services to spend a pleasant holiday. There are 2 markets, where you can also find excellent typical products (homemade!), 3 restaurants, an ATM, a pharmacy; a park with tennis, basketball, football, volleyball and children's playgrounds; 2 beaches equipped with kiosks and small bathing establishments. The condominium also offers a security service available 24 hours a day.

Trips and excursions:
Inside the village it is possible to do Fishing & Snorkeling, Water Skiing and Diving. On the beaches there is the possibility to rent inflatables, sup and surfboards.
Less than 1 km away there is a riding school that organizes horseback riding on the beach and along the paths that go into the Mediterranean scrub.

To visit:
Villasimius - 18 km away there is a splendid location that offers true spectacles of nature such as: the Giunco, Riso or Punta Molentis and Cala Pira beaches, ideal for a day at the beach or for small excursions; in this small town, you can also find shops for shopping or buying souvenirs, as well as restaurants and night clubs where you can enjoy an aperitif after the sea.
Costa rei / Cala Sinzias - at 28 km there are enchanting places like this, from which you can admire the sunrise rising from the sea.
Cagliari - 30 km away is the capital of the island, a city full of attractions and in constant ferment. There are many historical places of culture, but also music festivals and temporary exhibitions that animate central districts such as La Marina, Stampace, Castello and Villanova.

How to get:
Car rental: it is the choice I recommend, to have the opportunity to visit the many places that are nearby.
Transfer: if your holiday is pure relaxation, with the intention of disconnecting from the rest of the world, this is the best choice.
