wonderful penthouse with a unique beautiful view

This is a wonderful penthouse with a unique, beautiful view of the sea. Very comfortable seating on the terrace, in the sun or the shade. Very spacious, charming interior and exterior. Highly recommended!

Long Time Friends Get Together

This property is excellent. Views beyond description. The ocean from every room. Well appointed. Lots of room for our group of 6. I think you could fit up to 10 comfortably. The owner was very accommodating and Marina was a home run. She filled our refrigerator with all of the groceries we needed in advance of our arrival. She also cooked 2 exceptional authentic Sardinian meals for us. It was located only an hour from the Airport. Close to many beaches, hiking paths etc. We loved the home and would have preferred to stay.

Wedding trip

This villa was more than we dreamt of. The trip was a friends and family get together which we used as a base camp for my son's wedding to a local Sardinian woman. Guests ranged in age from 20-70 and everyone loved it. There have been few rentals where the reality exceeds the photos, but this one did that and some. Lots of room for privacy amongst guests, close to beach if you want or stay in and enjoy the pool, all wonderful. I cannot say enough and I haven't even begun to mention Marina who is an amzing cook and just a wonderful person. Her meals (you can make arrangements thru owner) were definitely the highlight of the day. Patrizia was always available for assistance when we needed her. Just a wonderful trip, there is already talk of returning!

Magnificent Property with an Outstanding View

Our group (9 people in total) stayed at this wonderful villa for 8 days in August 2024. Our hosts Patrizia and Marina have been very responsive, both before and during our stay. First, I have to stay “what a spectacular villa!”; it is exactly as portrayed in the pictures; it’s modern, clean, extremely well maintained and manicured, both inside and outside. The infinity pool with views is outstanding. During our stay, we also enjoyed an authentic Sardinian dinner, prepared by Marina and her team, which was absolutely delicious (they set-up and clear out everything, so you don’t need to lift a finger – just enjoy a great home-cooked meal). We would highly recommend this house on your next trip to Sardinia. Our only constructive feedback would be that we could have used an American-style coffee maker (we are from North America), and that the wifi could have been a bit stronger (they were about to upgrade their wifi equipment, which they received while we were staying there). But that doesn’t take away from our great this property is. Truly enjoyed our stay in Sardinia.

Magnifique et quelle hospitalité

Villa magnifique, une vue frontale et plongeante sur la mer comme nous n’en avions jamais eu... superbe villa très bien équipée , il ne manque rien, Piscine magnifique en roof top! Sublime... mais pas chauffée donc un peu limite hors saison, pas grave la vue est si belle qu’on en oublie l eau pas très chaude. Patrizia et son équipe sont aux petits soins pour vous satisfaire si besoin. Elle et Marina nous ont organisés un repas sarde sur mesure à la villa! Génial On a adoré

Panorama sublime

La villa di Patrizia si trova in una posizione strepitosa con una vista sul mare che è davvero difficile descrivere per la sua bellezza. La terrazza e la piscina sul tetto consentono di godere dello sconfinato orizzonte del mare. Gli spazi interni alla villa sono ben organizzati e comodi, con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto e ci sentiamo di consigliare questa villa anche per la gentilezza della proprietaria, Patrizia, e della disponibilità di Marina che ci ha seguiti in ogni esigenza. Grazie di tutto!

Willa naprawdę godna polecenia

Willa Patty to obiekt godny polecenia. Wszystko dopracowane w każdym calu. Najdrobniejsze szczegóły wyposażenia kuchni , salonu, sypialni. Spędziliśmy cudowne 7 dni z rodziną i znajomymi łącznie 12 osób. Duży taras z którego rozpościera się piękny widok na morze, dzięki czemu śniadanie smakuje jeszcze lepiej. Na dachu znajduje się basen oczywiście z jeszcze lepszym widokiem, ale to trzeba zobaczyć na żywo. Serdecznie dziękujemy Patryzii za wspaniały pobyt. POLECAMY

Il paradiso

Siamo tre coppie di amici ed abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Patty a Torre delle Stelle per 8 magnifici giorni, dire che la villa è stupenda è troppo riduttivo, si trova in un luogo bellissimo, silenzioso, ventilato, soleggiato e super tranquillo. Villa Patty è molto curata, ben arredata, ben tenuta, esposta su un mare stupendo, con tutte le comodità necessarie per una vacanza rilassante, tranquilla, e riposante; l'unico fruscio che si sente è quello del mare e il profumo della vegetazione mediterranea. Molteplici spiagge fantastiche si possono trovare nelle vicinanze. Grazie alla Sig.ra Patrizia, complimenti per la bellezza di Villa Patty e per sua grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Cara Lidia, vi ringrazio tanto, siete stati degli ospiti perfetti, avete apprezzato la mia casa e questo mi ripaga dell'impegno costante e continuo per mantenerla perfetta. Sul luogo e sulla posizione, che dire.....siamo in paradiso è vero !!. Io nonostante siano molti anni che ho scoperto questo posto, ogni volta che arrivo mi emoziono, e il suo fascino va scoperto in ogni stagione, perché, garantisco, che anche in inverno quando il cielo è cupo, il mare grosso, arrabbiato, i gabbiani che lo sorvolano, il vento che fa rumore, guardando tutto questo attraverso le grandi vetrate di casa, con il camino acceso, e musica giusta di sottofondo, le emozioni si vivono sulla pelle, e ispira a scrivere il libro della propria vita, anche ha chi, una penna non l'ha mai usata.
