Located a short 3 minute walk from the beach and the center of town, this bright, airy, clean, newly renovated 1,500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse condominium, with 2 queen size and one king size bed sleeps 6 very comfortably, with room for one more on a couch in the living room
The main floor is an open concept with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with an air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, and a dining counter that seats 4 comfortably.
Also on the main level, you will find the living room with a comfortable chair and sofa, arranged so that everyone can enjoy the brand new 40”, wall mounted, smart TV.
There is also a half-bathroom on this level, private patio in the back off the kitchen with a table, 4 chairs and a propane grill.

The location is perfect - a quick 7 minute walk gets you to the beautiful beach, food truck park, and a lot of great areas! We met some awesome ppl staying at the condo as well while sitting around the pool. The pool is a huge draw for us! Also really loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower and three levels! All in all we will be back and we will be staying here again without question!
Top level is the master, second level are two bedrooms with queens. Main level is kitchen, living room, laundry and half bath.

Good family set-up

We really enjoyed having the patio in the rooms, access to laundry, as well as the main areas. Everything was great.For those planning to cook, it might be useful to know that the only basics in the apt are oil and salt.

The location was fabulous and the property management was great. The property itself was a bit tired, and the outdoor dining space as described was not as expected. There was no usable outdoor space to eat. We had to go sit at the pool if we wanted to be outside. The pool area was small but nice, and very well-kept.

This place is so clean, close to the beach. The living area is a bit small but hey you are here for the beach. Would be nice to have at least one safe to store travel documents. We did ask management for a stopper for the kitchen sink so we could do dishes several times however never received. Would definitely recommend!

Why they chose this property

The last thing Ellen and Steve thought when they enjoyed their first vacation in Costa Rica in December 2016, was that they would come home the owners of a house in Tamarindo. These lifelong New Yorkers who have travelled the world, simply fell in love with this amazing beachside town, a special place where you can enjoy doing literally everything, or nothing at all.

What makes this property unique

There are 2 newly renovated bedrooms on the second level, with their own bathrooms, individual air conditioners and a balcony.

The top floor boasts a large, beautiful master bedroom suite with a King size bed, bathroom with a shower and tub, and wall mounted television. You’ll love the beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool and lush garden area.

We supply all linens and towels needed for your stay. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your personal use free of charge.

You have full access to the entire home and common areas, except for one locked cabinet under the stairs that we maintain for our personal use.

Wi-Fi and cable are included free of charge.

This 18 unit, gated community has a 24/7 security guard. You will love how quiet the property is while still being close enough to everything you may want at the same time.

Services Provided:
Housekeeping is provided every third day and our management company can recommend and arrange excursions and activities for you, as well as airport transportation. They are also available in the event of an emergency 24 hours a day.

Upon confirmation of the booking, we will provide a personal list of our favorite restaurants and things to do, to make your stay in Tamarindo even more enjoyable.
