The apartment is equipped with a central heating system, wooden floors and window coverings.

The house also has a spacious roof terrace with beautiful views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances including: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob.

It's important to mention that Flatscreen TV (smart TV) and Highspeed Internet (Wi-Fi) are included in the rental price.

The beautiful spacious bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower (rain shower), sink. Here is also the washing machine and dryer.

A taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and can be organized for a fixed fee of €50.00 for a midsize car and €70.00 for a VAN.

The apartment is on a 5 minute walking distance from the Central Station in Haarlem with very good train connections to / from Amsterdam.

There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this area.

There are bus stops around the corner with connections to most places of interest in Amsterdam.

Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 9 pm is on request.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals.
Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.

The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.
