Normandy Visit

Description of property and pictures very accurate. Every amenity we needed and more was in the apartment. Beautiful view over the marina and ocean. Free wi-fi was fast. Highly recommend for a couple. No elevator, so you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach apartment. Instructions were in French which we do not speak/read but we were able to use Google translate and locate English instructions online.

June holiday

The apartment was great, it had everything you would need. I booked this apartment for its location and the description of on site parking, as i was driving a classic jeep. Unfortunately i was told it did not have on site parking, but parking was readily available on the street. Most evenings on return from days out it was hunt for a parking space, each night a different location. one night i had to park a 25 minute walk away. This was the only downside of my stay. The town of Courselles Sur mer is beautiful and the location of the apartment allows access to restaurants, beach, juno centre and shops.

Perfect Normandy experience

We stayed here 10 days during the DDay anniversary celebrations. The aparment is in the Juno area, and just a short drive to The American Cemetarty, Utah and Omaha beaches, and the Overlord Museum. The apartment was great and as described in the listing. It is very well equipped with a comfortable bed and complete kitchen. The host was very responsive as well, and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do. We also really enjoyed the welcoming gift! Our favorite part of the apartment was the loggia facing the water. We spent so much time sitting there enjoying the incredible view, reading and having a glass of wine in the evening. Also, the parking was not a problem at all (even during the busy DDay celebration weekend). The only comment I would note is the apartment is on the 3rd floor (which is why the views are so amazing), and the building does not have an elevator. Not a problem, but good to know if you have health or mobility challenges. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it as a place to stay in the Normandy area.

Très bel appartement au troisième étage avec vue sur le port de plaisance et la mer juste derrière. Idéal pour deux personnes. Très bon contact avec les hébergeants.Le village de Courseulles est accueillant et bien pourvu en commerces, marchés et restauration.Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans laquelle nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans un avenir proche.

Nous aurions apprécie un accueil "humain" plutôt que taper des codes pour rentrer dans l'appartement. Pour pouvoir poser quelques questions et renseignements afin d'organiser notre séjour.(pas très agréable)

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Alles was volgens de beschrijving. Mooi appartement en prima uitzicht. Veel comfort. Wifi. Leuke inrichting. Heerlijk genoten op het balkon. Knus en compact appartement op prima locatie

Mooi uitzicht; dicht strand en bij centrum met vele restaurantjes. Ideaal met 2 balkons; goed geoutileerde keuken; wat lege keukenkastjes en kledinglades was wenselijk geweest (heb dat nu zelf gecreëerd). Geen parkeerplek op eigen terrein

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Der Blick über den Hafen bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Courseulles ein liebenswerter französischer Ort.

Séjour août 2021

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé et situé. L'appartement est propre, rien ne manque du wifi aux drats de lit. Depuis la loggia du salon, une belle vue sur le petit port de plaisance et la mer. L'absence d'ascenseur dans la résidence peut être problématique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais pour les personnes valides, cela ne pose aucun problème. Il n'y a pas de place de parking attitrée mais suffisamment de places à proximité immédiate pour la voiture. Tout se fait à pied y compris les petites courses alimentaires. L'hôte est agréable et s'adapte aux contraintes d'arrivée si besoin. Bref, je recommande.
