Extremely safe neighborhood. The ground floor has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, and a separate entrance. Please note Upstairs is a separate unit with a separate entrance (back of the house) and it's ideal for 2 families. Air-conditioning one upstairs and one downstairs. Free fast WIFI. Car highly recommended as the villa is 30 min walk from Milna village. Free parking. The nearest airport in Split. Pets accepted (additional fee)
Village Milna is located on the island Brac - 50 minutes ferry ride from Split.

Why they chose this property

This is our family house. The villa and pool were finished in 2009.
We bought this plot of land because it is so close to the sea. The lovely crystal clear blue Adriatic sea is just minute walking distance (40m) from the property. So whenever I feel like a swim I just grab a towel and go! Pure luxury!
