Villa Rosa Vacation Home with Two Apartments on Čiovo, Trogir, Pool, 130 m from the Beach

Opened in August 2021, this modern villa features two separate apartments, a garden, and plenty of amenities. Our new heated pool is available from April through November.<br><br>Only 40 percent of the island of Ciovo is developed, yet it remains a popular holiday destination. It’s easily accessible via a new, large bridge or the old, small bridge in the beautiful historic centre of Trogir. The crystal-clear waters of Dalmatia await you for snorkelling or diving—rent a boat or join a tour; there’s plenty to discover. Surrounded by islands, blue lagoons, and caves, there’s something for everyone.<br><br>The smaller apartment (45 m² + terrace) on the 1st floor is fully equipped and ready for your visit.<br><br>In the attic, there’s another large apartment (90 m² + balcony and terrace) that sleeps up to 5 people. <br><br>In the garden, there’s a large seating area and dining space for everyone to enjoy together, complete with a gazebo, fan, large grill, gas roaster, and sink—so guests from both the upper and lower apartments can eat together.<br><br>After booking, you’ll receive access via a key code or app (or with a physical key upon request)<br><br>. All around the house, you’ll find many different types of fruit, cacti, and herbs. Enjoy the gentle breeze, the salty sea air, and relax. <br><br>On the terrace, you can sit comfortably together, relax in the chill lounge, or grill a meal of your choice. Your holiday can begin with a glass of wine and a view of the sea.<br><br>The living room and bedroom are equipped with very quiet ceiling or standing fans. In the new box-spring bed, you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a view of the terrace. If needed, each apartment is equipped with modern air conditioning.<br><br>The ground-floor apartment with a large terrace accommodates up to 3 guests and features a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, hallway, living room with a pull-out sofa (140 x 200), a bedroom with a bed (180 x 200), a terrace, and a garage with a washing machine for guests.<br><br>The attic apartment can accommodate 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and a sofa bed with a slatted frame measuring 140 x 200. Large kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, terrace and balcony, lounge chairs, umbrella, dining areas, etc.<br><br><br><br>Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi, a grill, and full furnishings.<br><br>Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided for every guest. <br><br>(Please bring your own beach or bath towels.)<br><br>Location:<br><br>The villa is located on the north side of the island.<br>In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise to your right, and in the evening, the sunset to your left over Trogir.<br>On the other side, across the sea, lies Split Airport, which is 9 km away and can be reached by car or taxi in about 20 minutes. Aircraft noise is barely audible since the house is not located in the approach or departure path. However, when the wind is unfavorable, you can hear planes taking off.<br><br><br>Note: There is also a helicopter landing pad across the way next to the airport. From time to time, training exercises, firefighting operations for forest fires, or relief flights take place here.
