Perfect apartment for couples or small families

Unbeatable location. On the one hand we find the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia just 150 meters away. Kilometers of white sand bathed by the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. On the other hand, there are bus stops a few meters away where buses depart in all directions, also to the airport. This is ideal for those who prefer a greener holiday and who don´t want to depend on a rental car. Also within 200 meters there are 2 big supermarkets (Eroski and Lidl) and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator in a quiet and bright building.

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a great vacation. Separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. It has 3 air conditioning units, Wifi, Smart TV and satellite TV.

Finally you will find a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.

This place was incredible in all possible ways!

This place was incredible in all possible ways! The location is in a very calm area where the nights are quiet and peaceful, only within a 3 minute walk from the beach. Right under the apartment is a very nice convenience store where you can buy all the things you need (sunscreen, food, drinks etc) and the staff is super lovely. There is also a 10 minute walk away from the port where you will find all kinds of restaurants and establishments that you will absolutely love! If you arrive with a rented car, it’s very easy to park on the street outside of the apartment. The host is very easy to communicate with and it’s very worth the price! Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to get the best possible experience in Mallorca!

Wir waren zum Radfahren dort

Wir waren zum Radfahren dort. Für den Zweck war die Unterkunft vollkommen ok. Leider sind 2 der 4 Betten schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und durchgelegen. Der Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude räumt leider jeden Abend gegen 23 Uhr und morgens gegen 7 Uhr alle seine Auslagen rein und raus, was leider sehr laut ist. In Summe Unterkunft ok aber für den Preis leider doch etwas wenig Komfort.

Bel appartamento con tutto il necessario, la zona perfetta per raggiungere la spiaggia davvero bellissima e tutti i ristoranti L’ascensore si è guastato il giorno dopo del nostro arrivo ed è rimasto fuori uso per 5 giorni noi avendo un neonato passeggino e altro abbiamo avuto difficoltà

Virkelig godt til prisen

Virkelig god placering under 5 minutter til stranden, og i gå afstand til byen. Fin størrelse lejlighed til fire personer. Lejligheden var veludstyret, så man fint selv kunne lave mad og vaske tøj. Personalet var også søde og meget behjælpelige. Ikke særlig gode senge og hovedpuder, men ikke noget, der ville afholde os fra at booke igen.

Apartmán je útulný

Apartmán je útulný , má všetko čo na dovolenku potrebujete, kuchyňa, je menšia, ale dobre zariadená, nechýba soľ, cukor, drobnosti /iba väčší nôž chýbal/. Hlavná spálňa je väčšia, vzdušná, druhá izba je menšia, ale na prespatie postačuje. Obývačka s gaučom postačuje. V apartmáne sú 3 klimatizačne jednotky. Kúpeľňa je moderná, so sprchovacím kútom. Terasa je úžasná ráno sme stiahli dole pergolu, lebo svietilo slnko, večer sa tam príjemne oddychovalo, už tam bol tieň. Nechýbal ani sušiak na prádlo, štipce. Apartmán je vo veľmi dobrej lokalite, fakt 5 minút pešo na úžasnú pláž. Nie je čo vytknúť. Elektrinu sme platili zvlášť podľa odpočtu z elektromeru, ako sme boli dohodnutí. Komunikácia s majiteľom ok, samoobslužný vstup, presne pokyny poslali včas. V okolí sú v pešej dostupnosti obchody, reštaurácie. Pod apartmánom je Spar, niekomu by mohlo prekážať to večerné odkladanie do cca 23.00 a ranné vykladanie od cca 7.30. Parkovanie je o šťastí, niekedy sa podarilo hneď pred domom, inokedy sme krúžili v okolí dlhšie.

Ez egy nagyszerű szállás

Ez egy nagyszerű szállás, szívből ajánlom. Gyerekkel voltunk, a lakás elrendezése nagyon előnyös, a lokacio tökéletes, az épület alatt egy élelmiszerbolt (de gyakorlatilag minden kapható), és éttermek. Kb tíz percen belül sétával elérhető a központ. A gyönyörű tengerpart három percre van. A lakas tiszta volt, szép nagy terasszal.

Tolles Apartment, die Lage in Alcudia ist super. 5 min zum Strand, Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants in der Nähe. Große Terrasse sogar mit einem kleinem Meerblick zumindest im Frühjahr. Der Supermarkt direkt untem im Haus. Morgens früh baut er seine Auslagen auf das ist sehr laut und Abends das gleich auch nach 10 Uhr. Nichts für Langschläfer. Das würde mich aber vor einer erneuten Anmietung nicht abhalten.

Отличная ухоженная квартира с приличной мебелью, есть две спальни, прекрасная просторная ванная комната и хорошо оборудованная кухня. В квартире есть все необходимое, каждой комнате кондиционер, в спальнях хорошие матрацы и безупречно чистое белье. На просторном затененном балконе очень приятно обедать или просто отдыхать вечером.Совсем рядом находятся два ресторана, небольшой супермаркет на первом этаже создает некоторый шум по-утрам, что конечно же абсолютно не вина хозяев. Огромный пляж находится в 5 минутах ходьбы, вход в море пологий, на берегу растут сосны, которые после обеда создают приятную тень.Мы получили четкие инструкции для самостоятельного заселения, а мелкие проблемы или вопросы решались очень быстро. Мы рекомендуем квартиру и ее отзывчивых хозяев и с удовольствием приедем снова.

Localização muito boa

Localização muito boa. Próxima à praia e à avenida principal. Tinha vários supermercados e restaurantes em volta. Fomos para o 70.3 Ironman, então a localização também foi ótima, pois ficava a alguns minutos da feira e poucos metros da parte das transições e ótimo para assistir. As camas e sofá são muito confortáveis. Banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Varanda muito gostosa para tomar café.

Gutes Appartment mit TOP Lage

Hallo. Das Appartment ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber wie von den Bildern zu erwarten in einem gut gepflegtem Zustand. Alles hat funktioniert. Die Küche war rel. neu. Kein Backofen und keine Spülmaschine was wir eh nicht brauchten. Klimaanlage gab es im Wohn-/Ess-Zimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Es ist im 2. Stockwerk. Ein kleiner Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Unten im Gebäude ein Spar Minimarkt wo man morgens aufgewärmte Baguettes und Backwaren und sonstiges kaufen kann. Alles gute Preise. Das Gebäude ist klein wenig hellhörig, aber ansich ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Nebenan 2-3 Restaurants. Keine 5min zum Strand. Für bis zu 4 Personen ok. Der Preis ist vielleicht etwas höher, aber dafür ist die Lage TOP. Würde ich so wieder Buchen für 3 Personen. Allein wäre mir das etwas viel.

Nós gostamos muito da nossa estadia no apartamento. O apartamento é exatamente igual as fotos do anúncio, fica extremamente perto da praia e tem lojas, restaurantes, mini mercado e mercados grandes muito próximos também. Achamos ideal para família de até 4 pessoas. As respostas foram sempre rápidas e comunicação clara. A limpeza estava boa mas poderia ser um pouco melhor mas nada que uma passada extra de vassoura não resolvesse. Enfim, com ctz voltaremos. 😎

Хорошая квартира , идеальное расположение! 💯 Мы отлично провели свой отпуск и это жильё было комфорпным для нас троих. Всё в пешей доступности. До красивейшего пляжа 4-5 минут, до супермаркета Lidl 6-7 минут , в порт Алькудия можно дойти за 15-20 минут вдоль набережной. Квартира оборудована полностью! Нам понравилось, спасибо!❤️
