Penthouse located in front of the Port of Alcudia, with spectacular views of the harbor and next to the beach. The penthouse has been completely renovated. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, 2 splendid terraces with barbecue, full kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. The whole floor is parquet and the front terrace has been decked. The house has been completely renovated. No TV in the room, free wifi all day, air conditioning throughout the apartment. Located on the 5th. floor with elevator and panoramic plan, any time there is always sun terraces, ideal for any month of the year.
The apartment is located in the most emblematic port area, surrounded by restaurants, bars and all kinds of activities. A great place to enjoy the summer surrounded by friends or family!

Spent a fantastic 11 days at this apartment. Met by the owners who showed us around the property and explained how everything worked. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need,air con is a blessing as it was so hot while we were there. Plenty of hot water for showers and the use of a washing machine was great. The view from the terrace was stunning, nicely in the shade till mid morning so we enjoyed our cuppas in the morning. Right in the mix of all the shops and restaurants, just everything on your doorstep. No noise from the street below at night but great to sit and watch the boats coming and going during the day.Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Well positioned apartment

Excellent spacious apartment, very good location with fantastic views. Good communication with owners. Only disappointment was oven door broken which made it difficult to use. All of the family really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful apartment in Port D'Alcudia

Beautiful frontline penthouse apartment that had everything we needed. The lovely terrace makes this property extra nice. Great air con which we needed at times. We liked that our hosts included washing liquids, condiments etc. Nice bedding, kitchen ware, beach towels included. A short walk from all amenities. We enjoyed being in the hub of things.

Lovely property in an ideal location

We were looking for something central to everything and close to the beach with a few family friendly bars/clubs for our teenage boys to experience. The location is superb, it’s right where the port meets the beach with loads of restaurants, shops and even small supermarkets just outside the apartment. The view from the 5th floor balcony is incredible, it looks out to the Puerto De Alcudia and the sea. The house was equipped with everything we needed, even hair straighteners! The hosts are really friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable and knew how to contact them. Even though the property is central to everything, it was very quiet at night. Recommended!

What a fantastic property in a stunning location! Paco and Marja's apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. It truly is a home away from home, and Paco and Marja are wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is perfectly situated. It is a perfect place to relax and to watch the activity on the sea. It is a very short dander to the beach and to a variety of shops and restaurants. You are in the hub of Puerto Alcudia but the fact that the apartment is a penthouse on the fifth floor means that you have peace and quiet too. Idyllic.We spent a wonderful 16 night family holiday here. Thank you Paco and Marja. Hopefully we will meet again.

Ein große Wohnung mit einem Balkon mit einem fantastischen 180-Grad-Blick über den Hafen und die Bucht. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die die Wohnung sehr gut temperiert.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In den 5. Stock kommt man mit einem Fahrstuhl.Der Ort selbst ist ein Traum mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Checkin und Checkout waren sehr unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen auch für 6 Personen!!!

Die Wohnung bietetfür 4 Personen ausreichend Platz und besticht durch ihren großen, dem Hafen zugewandten Balkon. Es ist traumhaft, dort im Frühsommer Zeit verbringen zu dürfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herausragend, die Lärmbelästigung von der Straße nicht störend. Zwar ist nicht mehr alles ganz neu, aber die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Strandlaken etc und wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr gute Zeit in Port d'Alcudia

Prima appartement op een geweldige locatie. Aan de boulevard tegenover de jachthaven. Volop restaurant in de directe omgeving en enkele supermarkten. Fantastisch terras.

Großzügige Wohnung in Bestlage

Quasi über den Dächern von Alcudia befindet sich diese Wohnung direkt am Hafen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vor Ort begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Diese ist mehr als ausreichend mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Viele Handtücher, Decken, Waschmittel, Spüli, Strandartikel wurden uns bereit gestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super emplacement

Appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Hôte qui parle français et qui est très bien. Emplacement de l'appartement est idéal commerces, plages, restaurants, supérette etc sont au pied. Emplacement calme en dernier étage avec 2 terrasses dont une couverte. Appartement à recommander les yeux fermés.
