Schlimm! Terrible!

Ich hatte sehr oft den Vermieter um einen Gefallen gebeten, dieser hat sich absolut stur gestellt und ist mir kein bisschen entgegengekommen. So etwas habe ich in ganz Italien noch nie erlebt.I asked the landlord for favors many times, but he was completely stubborn and didn't accommodate me at all. I've never experienced anything like this in all of Italy.
