What an amazing place! The hosts were incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. The place was very clean arriving and that means a lot to me, as I have allergies. My friends and I were extremely comfortable and had a blast in the space and watched movies on the big tv. Only note is that checkout intrustructions were a bit elusive but felt like common sense still, so I'm not bothered. Will be looking into again, as this made my first time in Edmonton THE best.
This was a perfect place for us. Large condo with two bedrooms and baths. Great location for our purposes. The only thing I would ask is for some of the little things like hooks to hang things in the bathroom, like your robe, etc. Also, no place to set shampoo or soap in the shower area. Also, Kleenex, which was not provided. Sort of a staple in our world. Otherwise, all great and a very secure building. We appreciated the double parking space.
We were VERY happy with the location of the apartment for our plans. Restaurants, liquor stores, groceries, pharmacy all close by and of course Roger’s Place for the Oiler’s game.The apartment was clean and spacious. I would have preferred more guidance in checkout process..what were we responsible for etc. the space was pretty warm despite us turning the heat down. We were not able to access our streaming services on the TV and therefore could not watch what we wanted.I did appreciate having a later checkout time to fit with our airline flights. We would recommend this place and we would stay here again!
Very central, was able to walk everywhere we needed. So many good places to eat within walking distance. Very close to Rogers, great for going to see the Oilers play. Highly recommended.
Great location and condo. The condo is very roomy and worked great for three people. The weather prevented us from using the decks, but they looked nice for warmer weather. Thank you for your hospitality.
Overall I had a great experience at this place. Photos accurately reflected the space and it was in a great location with lots of things to do. I found the check in process slightly confusing (how to access the keys, how to access the parking garage) based on the instructions provided but was able to figure things out after some trial and error. Wanda was also very responsive to my questions. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!

Perfect Location to Everything Downtown Edmonton
Whether you're conferencing or in Edmonton for entertainment this amazing condo is at the heart of everything. A 10 to 15 minute walk to the convention centre, the galleries, Roger's Centre or the mall.
All the nearby coffee shops and eateries exceptional.
Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms very clean and a great entertainment centre for when I got back and wanted to kick back and relax with a glass of wine and some Netflix.
Wanda was very quick to respond to any questions I
had.
The trees were just being elluminated for the holiday season. Absolutely made the street magical.

Fantastic downtown location - spacious living!
Fantastic downtown location just off Jasper Avenue - many great restaurants close by and quick access to trains. Very spacious - four friends stayed comfortably. The owners were great to deal with - very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for your extended stay in downtown Edmonton.

Neighbourhood overview 104 Street is a historic street in Edmonton. Heritage buildings, cool lofts, trendy cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a farmer's market every Saturday right outside the building. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rogers Arena and a block away from Jasper Avenue. It's about 12 minute walk to the Shaw Conference Center. It is also steps away from "the pedway" (underground walking corridor that connects all business buildings downtown) that will keep you warm in winter time or cool in the summer time (it is air-conditioned) and take you to everywhere you need to go in the downtown core - it connects to all the business towers downtown. Getting around The unit is right next to the the Bay-Enterprise square LRT station which will get you to University of Alberta and UofA hospital in no time. There are multiple buses going in all directions nearby as well, including #100 which is an express bus to West Edmonton Mall. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Rogers Place Arena and the ICE district and about 12 minute walk to the Shaw Conference Center. Two underground heated parking stall is included for drivers.
