Lots of places to eat nearby. Good access to the riverfront park and trails. However, the location is noisy at night. Located on a major street corner. Otherwise great.
The place was super clean, had everything we needed. The location was amazing, so many amenities near by. Easy access for getting in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place in a good location downtown. Everything was very clean and instructions were thorough and clear. While being an office to residence conversion means some quirks, the homey decorating made it a comfortable place to spend time. The parking was challenging at first (compounded by the amount of construction on surrounding streets and alleyways), and will cost roughly 30 per day depending on how far away you want to park and if you want it indoors.Would certainly consider staying here again for its convenience to restaurants, good coffee shops, and Rogers Place.
A great place to stay for a girls weekend with my daughter. Was worried about safe parking, but the underground parking next door was fantastic and inexpensive. When we arrived, the outside keypad for the apartment had been changed, so our code was wrong. The owner responded to a text immediately (it was supposed to have been done later in the week, so not the owner's fault at all) and we got into the building right away. Very happy with theitlr quick response time. In the ad, the owner mentions a lively downtown scene so noise is to be expected. We put a fan sound video on YouTube in the living room and didn't hear any of the late night weekend noise while we slept. Great experience overall!
The loft was clean and modern, and offered basic amenities. There was a bit of an issue with the main door access to the building. However, the owner was easy to contact and maintained great communication throughout the repair process. As for the location, the "downtown" listing is misleading. We quickly realized after our first day that the downtown area where this loft is located is to be avoided due to the homeless population and other unfavorable activities. We chose this location due to its proximity to Rogers Place. If I return, I would not choose the same location. The loft was wonderful, but the area is not trustworthy. The locals gave us a lot of helpful information that is often not passed on to visitors, such as the current state of downtown.
Our stay at this downtown loft was a positive experience overall. Communication with the host was great—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, right in a typical downtown area and within easy walking distance to local restaurants, Roger’s Place hockey arena, and a nearby grocery store. The loft itself was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the open floor plan and the thoughtful touches like black-out curtains, which made it easy to sleep in despite the city lights. Streaming services were available, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The security features were also appreciated—both the main building door and the loft entry used keypad locks, adding a comfortable sense of safety. The furniture style was fairly austere and on the firmer side, which matched the overall design. The clothing cabinets were a standout feature—they were beautifully designed and functional, keeping everything neat and accessible while remaining discreet. As for comfort, the mattresses were pleasantly firm, but the pillows were disappointingly flat and too firm to be comfortable. The primary bedroom was spacious, while the second bedroom felt a bit cramped. Replacing the current bed with a twin would make that space more functional.Overall, this property offered a secure, clean, and convenient stay right downtown with just a few minor comfort tweaks that could make it even better.
