Hawtrey Road is a delightful home close to the attractions of Marylebone, Fitzrovia and Regent's Park. With the West End just a tube ride away, this idyllic location gives you all the benefits of central London living but in a peaceful residential area.:

From the vantage point of Primrose Hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the London skyline while surrounded by natural beauty. Part of the much larger Regent's Park, this area of London has always appealed to those who appreciate the refinements of elegant city living but still want that countryside feeling. Spend your time discovering exclusive gourmet restaurants in Soho and Marylebone or strolling around the art galleries of Fitzrovia, a celebrated haunt of artists and writers.

Hawtrey Road has a modern interior with plenty of personality. The entrance leads you into a spacious, open-plan living area lavishly decorated with plush leather sofas enhanced with colourful soft furnishings and plenty of sculptural plants. The light floods in through the bi-folding doors that lead out into the private garden. This outdoor space is thoughtfully laid out, creating an Italian garden concept featuring an al fresco dining space for those warm summer evenings. The kitchen is ultra-chic and state-of-the-art, while the intimate dining area has plenty of room for those family meals.:

Four sumptuous bedrooms are soothingly decorated in gentle tones to create restful hideaways. The main suite is located on the second level and offers a super-king-size bed and an opulent ensuite bathroom. A single bedroom on this level is ideal for a younger guest and also has its own ensuite. On the third level, the two remaining bedrooms provide a king-size and a spacious double bed, respectively, as well as a private workspace and two more ensuite bathrooms.

The garden is a welcoming, sunny space filled with mature plants and aged timber fencing that gives guests complete privacy. The transition from interior to exterior is flawless, giving Hawtrey Road II real character and appeal.:
