Couldn’t ask for a better location! We traveled to at least 4 lakes during our stay and were always glad to return back to the property at the end of the day. The hosts were both warm and very responsive and the lake view was a plus. Thank you!

The property was perfect for us. We were close to restaurants and many, many wineries and breweries. The Lynn’s were wonderful hosts and they gave us helpful tips on sites to visit and places to dine and drink. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Finger Lakes

We had a wonderful time. It was so peaceful and we had a beautiful view. The hosts are absolutely lovely and so helpful. My son and I stayed for 10 days and we had everything we needed (everything was clean and well stocked). I loved the open living room/dining room with the view of the lake. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for my aunt’s funeral, and this place offered us a comforting space to visit, reflect, and reminisce. It truly felt like being at home. Our hosts, Penny and Jerry, were wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Penny & Jerry’s. We asked for recommendations for restaurants & Wineries & they were right on the money!! The rocking chairs on the front porch were enjoyable. The porch does need a good cleaning from cob webs everywhere. The downstairs bedroom was tight with the bed up against a wall so one person had to climb over the other to get out. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Well stocked paper goods & soaps for us. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, although the big tree blocked much of the view. For the price I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot for summer getaway!

The house was in a perfect spot, overlooking Seneca Lake with a great view, spacious backyard and dock in excellent shape! The house was super clean with all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this cozy location in the heart of the Finger Lakes!

Seneca Stay

We came up yo this this property with a group of friends for a quick get away and the property is amazing, the views are fabulous, the lake water was super clear, and the sunsets were incredible. Penelope and Jerry were more then accommodating, we hope to stay here again!
