This was my second stay at the property, and Timothy has made some updates to the fence that were much appreciated, as well as the new well lit front decking. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but by the next day all was in order. Well appointed kitchen and the little extras came in handy.

We enjoyed our stay in Geneva. The host communicated well, the house was clean, and we appreciated the helpful information about the area and the complimentary snacks.Our only concern was the living room furniture, which was uncomfortable and didn’t provide adequate seating for four people. We found ourselves rotating between the chair, sofa, and floor while watching television. Aside from that, everything was great!

Really liked the property, aside from the whole place being controlled by Alexa, other than that it was great, the beds slept well

With the house being over 100 years old and plaster/lathe utilizing Alexa with smart bulbs was the best way to upgrade the lighting as there are very few light switches. I'll continue to improve and/or slimpilfy the commands. Alexa commands in front entrance, house rules book, and in every bedroom.

If you are looking for a place to stay for the weekend or longer, this house is perfect. It is clean, very well decorated and has everything you will need to have a great time. The host is very cooperative and communicates well.

Excellent home base for Wine tour

The property was super clean and very well stocked. Tim the host thought of everything guests would need. The house is located near the Seneca wine trail making it convenient to use as our home base for the weekend. Watkins Glen is only a 40 minute drive. Definitely would stay again when we our back in the area.

Quiet and Comfortable

House is exactly as described; very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet location -so very restful sleep. Have never used an Alexa and directions were very thorough, and it was easy to learn.

Tim is a great host.. always responsive! He provided coffee water snacks and breakfast food for us. His updates in the bathrooms are well done. Close to town. Bed very comfortable. House very clean I would recommend for sure!

Convenient Location

This property is close to downtown Geneva and comfortable. Th house was well stocked and clean. The outside could use a little cleaning to remove the debris on the siding.

The dogwood in the area is problematic. I work a 70hour a week job. Recently purchased pressure washer should do the job when i can find the time.

Very comfortable and well appointed home

Timothy was very responsive. The house was very well stocked , with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, to have access to the east and west side of the lake. Easy walk into town too. Grocery shopping was easy, as Wegmans is only a few miles away.

Great!

Old house with great character, spacious and very nice bedrooms. Air conditioning worked great, a big plus. My wife found the washer and dryer a big plus. Large refrigerator with large top freezer. A variety of small amenities was a nice touch. Host was attentive and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property

I've tried to think of almost everything that guests might need to make their stay carefree. This house is filled with many extras others may not offer for free. Finger Lakes Roasters coffee, hand made goats milk soaps, washer and dryer with everything needed and fully stocked, emergency male and female needs, blow dryers, curling irons. I also have a dishwasher with dish detergent and a fully accommodating kitchen.

What makes this property unique

This house is so peaceful and quiet at night you'd think you were out in the middle of the country. The house is physically located on the north eastern side of the city and is close to everything.
