It was the first elementary school in Monticello, la Casa della Maestra Bice, a home rich in history. The house is on the hill, immersed in quiet and offers tranquility to recharge your batteries. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and each with its private bathroom (jacuzzi and hydromassage shower) and a balcony with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well-equipped kitchen with the possibility of having dinner or breakfast on the patio .
Being 9km from Alba and 8km from Bra even without public transport, everything is close by car.
Space
There is also a room at the entrance prepared as an office for the business people!
Access for guests
There is the possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the house. The upper town is not served by public transport so it is necessary to travel by car at least as far as the village where a bus connects with Alba.
