Very quiet 2-family house in residential area. Newly built and newly furnished. 1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2 separate beds. Sofa bed. Open kitchen with dishwasher. Living room. TV, radio, CD player. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate shower. Washing facilities available.

1000 meters to the beach, close to the center with shops and restaurants, beach promenade.

Barbecue and beautiful huge covered dining area under 3 olive trees.

Ho prenotato dal 22 giugno al 20 luglio questo ampio appartamento, interessante per grandezza e stanze. Sabina - host non presente in loco e con la quale abbiamo interloquito solo tramite messaggi - gentilissima e sollecita solo fino al momento del saldo anticipato. Sorpresa negativa all'accoglienza rispetto a quanto concordato: avevo affittato l'intero appartamento chiarendo bene l'interesse al pieno utilizzo delle due stanze da letto ma il signor Vittorio, proprietario e presente in loco, ci ha chiesto di non accedere alla seconda stanza da letto alla quale infatti mancava la dotazione di lenzuola. Casa molto umida con relative macchie alle pareti e per nulla arieggiata con conseguente odore di muffa fin dentro i mobili e gli armadi. Luci fioche ed alcune fulminate, freezer in pessime condizioni e inutilizzabile, lavatrice fuori uso, un solo paio di lenzuola per un solo letto e un solo set di asciugamani a testa per un mese intero senza nessun cambio. Lo spazio verandato all'aperto si presenta male. Viste le premesse abbiamo preferito non chiedere un adeguamento del servizio al nostro interlocutore, il signor Vittorio, presente nella struttura. Qualche giorno prima di partire la host Sabina ci ha raccomandato tramite messaggio whatsapp di badare a non lasciare la casa intrisa dei cattivi odori dei nostri due gatti (anche la loro presenza era assolutamente concordata), pena risarcimento danni.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt anders erlebt haben. Einige Aussagen möchten wir jedoch richtigstellen. Die Behauptung, ich sei nur bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung freundlich und erreichbar gewesen, weisen wir klar zurück. Die Buchung und sämtliche Zahlungen erfolgen über FeWo-direkt. Die Zahlungszeitpunkte werden vom Portal festgelegt und die Zahlungen erfolgen nicht direkt an mich. Ich weiss daher weder, wann welche Zahlung erfolgt, noch habe ich darauf Einfluss. Einen Zusammenhang zwischen Zahlung und meiner Erreichbarkeit herzustellen, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich habe während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts auf Ihre Nachrichten reagiert – auch abends und am Wochenende. Mir ist es wichtig, für meine Gäste erreichbar zu sein. Da ich nicht in Italien wohne, betreue ich die Wohnung von der Schweiz aus. Auch die Darstellung des Zustands der Wohnung können wir so nicht bestätigen. Die Wohnung ist weder feucht noch besteht grundsätzlich ein Problem mit Schimmel oder muffigem Geruch. Die vorhandenen Geräte sind funktionsfähig. Hätte während Ihres Aufenthalts tatsächlich etwas nicht funktioniert, hätten wir uns eine entsprechende Mitteilung gewünscht, um reagieren zu können. Bezüglich Bettwäsche und Handtüchern möchten wir ebenfalls darauf hinweisen, dass bei der gebuchten Leistung weder eine Zwischenreinigung noch zusätzliche Wäschewechsel enthalten sind. Dies ist in unserem Inserat entsprechend ausgewiesen. Bei einem fast einmonatigen Aufenthalt liegt die Organisation zusätzlicher Wäsche bzw. einer Zwischenreinigung daher beim Gast. Wir finden es sehr schade, dass nach einem langen Aufenthalt, während dem wir jederzeit erreichbar waren, eine teilweise unzutreffende und sehr negative Darstellung veröffentlicht wurde. Ein direkter Austausch während des Aufenthalts wäre aus unserer Sicht fairer und konstruktiver gewesen.

Hatten einen superschönen Urlaub 🌞😎

Hatten 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einer super Ferienwohnung in einer super Umgebung mit Olivenbäumen und Obstbäumen. Wir haben es genossen in dem überdachten Sitzplatz zu grillen. Kommen ganz sicher wieder .

bella casa fresca e ospitale

La casa è accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, spaziosa, molto curata e pulitissima. Adatta per chiunque cerchi un po' di tranquillità e alle famiglie con bimbi. Il posto è immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare, fresco e ventilato in ogni momento. Gli ospiti, il sig. Vittorio e sua moglie Anna, gentilissimi, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, dalle bibite fresche in frigo al nostro arrivo, alle bici a disposizione, alle informazioni sui dintorni. La zona è ricca di attrattive, dal mare pulitissimo all'entroterra tutto da scoprire. Una bella vacanza da consigliare a tutti

Casa veramente favolosa

La casa rispecchia esattamente le caratteristiche e dispone dei servizi presentati sul sito. E' stata una vacanza volta al pieno relax e divertimento, ideale per famiglie con bambini e non solo. La posizione della casa lontano dal traffico e immersa nel verde degli ulivi concede sia momenti di assoluto riposo che la possibilità di vivere splendide giornate di mare e sole nelle stupende spiagge di Marina di Camerota/Palinuro o nelle splendide calette di Maratea, entrambe raggiungibili in solo mezz'ora di macchina. Un grazie particolare a Vittorio proprietario di casa che con la sua simpatia e presenza costante ma non invadente ha reso questa vacanza ancora più piacevole.

"Abbiamo trascorso veramente una bella vacanza serena in relax e tranquillità, è stato parrticolarmente bello andare in bici a mare ed in paese. L''appartamento è comodo e confortevole, non manca quasi nulla, e che dire del padrone di casa? Abbiamo conosciuto il sig. "Casa ben organizzata sia all''interno (cucina e bagno ben attrezzati e letti molto comodi con materassi in lattice difficili da triovare in case al mare) che all'' esterno (ampio giardino con gazebo e barbecue).
