Very quiet 2-family house in residential area. Newly built and newly furnished. 1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2 separate beds. Sofa bed. Open kitchen with dishwasher. Living room. TV, radio, CD player. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate shower. Washing facilities available.

1000 meters to the beach, close to the center with shops and restaurants, beach promenade.

Barbecue and beautiful huge covered dining area under 3 olive trees.

The apartment is rented on the ground floor.

Hatten einen superschönen Urlaub 🌞😎

Hatten 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einer super Ferienwohnung in einer super Umgebung mit Olivenbäumen und Obstbäumen. Wir haben es genossen in dem überdachten Sitzplatz zu grillen. Kommen ganz sicher wieder .

La casa è accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, spaziosa, molto curata e pulitissima. Adatta per chiunque cerchi un po' di tranquillità e alle famiglie con bimbi. Il posto è immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare, fresco e ventilato in ogni momento. Gli ospiti, il sig. Vittorio e sua moglie Anna, gentilissimi, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, dalle bibite fresche in frigo al nostro arrivo, alle bici a disposizione, alle informazioni sui dintorni. La zona è ricca di attrattive, dal mare pulitissimo all'entroterra tutto da scoprire. Una bella vacanza da consigliare a tutti

Casa veramente favolosa

La casa rispecchia esattamente le caratteristiche e dispone dei servizi presentati sul sito. E' stata una vacanza volta al pieno relax e divertimento, ideale per famiglie con bambini e non solo. La posizione della casa lontano dal traffico e immersa nel verde degli ulivi concede sia momenti di assoluto riposo che la possibilità di vivere splendide giornate di mare e sole nelle stupende spiagge di Marina di Camerota/Palinuro o nelle splendide calette di Maratea, entrambe raggiungibili in solo mezz'ora di macchina. Un grazie particolare a Vittorio proprietario di casa che con la sua simpatia e presenza costante ma non invadente ha reso questa vacanza ancora più piacevole.

"Abbiamo trascorso veramente una bella vacanza serena in relax e tranquillità, è stato parrticolarmente bello andare in bici a mare ed in paese. L''appartamento è comodo e confortevole, non manca quasi nulla, e che dire del padrone di casa? Abbiamo conosciuto il sig. G. abbiamo salutato alla partenza l''amico Vittorio, sempre gentile e disponibile, piacevole compagno di maxigrigliat....allora arrivederci a presto e...saluti a mister Batù!!"

"Casa ben organizzata sia all''interno (cucina e bagno ben attrezzati e letti molto comodi con materassi in lattice difficili da triovare in case al mare) che all'' esterno (ampio giardino con gazebo e barbecue). Logisticamente perfetto per escursioni in splendidi posti di mare (costa di Maratea, Baia Infreschi, Palinuro e Marina di Camerota)."
