Cute apartment in a fantastic location, walking distance to so much and felt very safe. Despite being on a busier street there was not excessive noise. Great stay!

This was a great base for my trip back to London to visit friends and family. It's very central and while it's in SoHo (which is a very active, louder part of the city), the location of the flat on a quieter street was perfect for my stay. The apartment was comfortable and had some key amenities which were key for me, including a kettle, a washing machine and the most importantly (especially during the summer) air conditioning! Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Frankie Says were very responsive to questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place and accommodation. My only complaint is that I feel like they could have done a better job at explaining the accommodation had a narrow flight of stairs to walk up. I was not aware of that until check in time. Thanks
